    UK police arrest dying victim who was stabbed five times by a Sikh's dagger

    18 year old victim begged police for help as he lay dying, telling them he was stabbed. Police handcuffed him after the Sikh lied and claimed racial abuse. (UK arrests for hurty words.) The Sikh's mother also took the dagger home to hide it.
