The beliefs of the early Chiliasts were the antithesis of modern Premil

keep reading the chapter. Now the promises [in the covenants] were decreed to Abraham and to his seed. God does not say, “And to seeds (descendants, heirs),” as if [referring] to many [persons], but as to one, “And to your Seed,” who is [none other than] Christ.

Gal 3 6 Just as Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness, [as conformity to God’s will and purpose—so it is with you also]. 7 So understand that it is the people who live by faith [with confidence in the power and goodness of God] who are [the true] sons of Abraham. 8...

    Kingdom

Matt 13 “The one who sows the good seed is the Son of Man, 38 and the field is the world; and [as for] the good seed, these are the sons of the kingdom; and the weeds are the sons of the evil one; 39 and the enemy who sowed them is the devil, and the harvest is the end of the age; and the...

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

Calm down Keraz. WPM is neither rude or nasty. Was Jesus rude and nasty when he called the Pharisees snakes and begotton of the devil? Of course not. Perhaps you will stand before God in judgment for what you said to me not long ago...remember? Anyway, I forgive you even though you didn't...

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

Very true and well said. No passing over animal blood at the future consummation and restoration of all things for the obvious reasons you stated. So why reinstitute it in the first place. Perish the deluding thought.

The many errors and contradictions found in Amillennialism.

Jesus applies this hope to the here and now..., Jn 5 24 “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life 25 Truly, truly, I say to you, an hour is coming and now is, when...

The many errors and contradictions found in Amillennialism.

So, what do you believe the point of Rev 20 is? Seems to me there is a point in time between one form of resurrection to the other.

I am not doing that though am I. Its been nearly 2000 years since he uttered the words of Jn 5 God bless.

The many errors and contradictions found in Amillennialism.

No future post second coming millennium. I believe the millennium starts with our passing from death to life according to what Jesus taught in Jn 5:25-26 Jn 5 24 “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment...

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

This is really silly. No sacrifices were needed in Eden and no sacrifices will be needed in what Jesus has ALREADY established ANEW through his own blood.

Satan permitted by God to test mankind in the Garden of Eden / NHNE?

Well we do have ..."there was evening and morning" to help us understand. Adam and eve not attempting to multiply for a thousand years is an untenable notion. If I was Adam I probably wouldn't have waited until the next day to obey Gods command to multiply. :holdinghands:

Satan permitted by God to test mankind in the Garden of Eden / NHNE?

Certainly not a thousand years. God told Adam and Eve to go forth and multiply. How long before they obeyed that command? Next day is strong possibility yes:kiaora: 4 Now the man Adam knew Eve as his wife, and she conceived and gave birth to Cain, and she said, “I have obtained a man (baby...

Satan permitted by God to test mankind in the Garden of Eden / NHNE?

Maybe satan/serpent fell while originally dwelling in the garden.:contemplate: God saw all he had created, and it was very good. Nothing good about satan... once he fell. Maybe the fall of lucifer preceded the fall of man by only an hour or so. God creating man led to satans demise.

    Life in the Millennium.

Life in the millennium for the willing = opportunity, Grace, commitment, perseverance, life forevermore. Life for the rest = indifference, unbelief, Apostasy, Eternal Judgment.

Doubt you're going to get an answer, but I believe God will never authorize such a place to be built. God wants his people to focus on Jesus first and foremost if they want Gods presence to swell with them. I meant to say dwell but swell sounds pretty good.:D. God may allow this event to happen...

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

You told me that you were assuming, in answer to what I said here..., [How do those of this future millennium own it Randy? It cannot be by faith in the glory they already see in a future millennium.] It cannot be by the same process as Jesus is seen in all his glory when he comes again...

22 major reasons to abandon the Premil doctrine

Unscriptural assumption is what that is Brother. Faith in what we do not see.... together with a healthy dose of sanctification through his glorious Holy Spirit has been Gods will from the beginning..., 2thess 2 13 But we should and are [morally] obligated [as debtors] always to give thanks to...
