Is God Magnanimous? - (as opposed to tyrannical)

What in your opinion will happen with people who die and never heard the Gospel ? Will God have mercy on those ?

Is God Magnanimous? - (as opposed to tyrannical)

I would say the origin of sin is free will. Before someone (not you) will say, does that mean God is the author of sin, then I will say, of course not.

That's a wrong kind of reasoning, it comes down asking the right questions and doing so the answer may come by itself, isn't that so ? Here is one, what is the origin of sin ? Your turn.

Is God Magnanimous? - (as opposed to tyrannical)

Do you think God's mercy is only for this life ?

And a few verses before : John 8:27 They did not understand that he had been speaking to them about the Father. John 8:28 So Jesus said to them, “When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am HE, and that I do nothing on my own authority, but speak just as the Father...

I wonder what Paul meant when he added the mysterious and especially of those who believe. Gen 3:6 So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was a delight to the eyes, and that the tree was to be desired to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate, and she also gave some to her husband who was with her, and he ate. Gen 3:7 Then the eyes of both were...

Most Likely, You’ve Never Read the True Bible in English

I don't doubt the good intentions of translators. What worries me is that dominant OT Scripture since ~250-50 BC was valid for ~1800 years was wiped out by the dominant KJV around AD 1600 and replaced by the Masoretic Text created between AD 700-1000.

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

Immanuel, a name meaning "God with us," is a significant term found in the Bible, symbolizing the presence of God among His people. The name is derived from the Hebrew words "Immanu" (with us) and "El" (God). It is a prophetic name that holds deep theological implications, particularly in the...
