Not in the area of Salvation.

    The Covenants of Israel

I call the innate knowledge that all people have the pre-gospel message. All people are able to turn to God in faith whether they are Jews or non-Jews. The Jews had no advantage over the Gentiles. Salvation is by turning to God in faith based on the knowledge God gives to us innately.

    I will buy that.

How so what? Don't understand this question. You have redeemed Israeli and non-redeemed Israel. This is a reference to the Tribulation (the last 7 years of the Jewish dispensation. All Israel will be saved are the remnant alive at the end of the Tribulation. They will cry Blessed is he who...

More on the Covenants to Israel

Salvation is offered to all people, Jews and Gentiles before and after the Cross. All people are born with an innate knowledge of God's existence, that he is to be worshiped, and they will be judged by God, per Rom 1. All people are saved by faith in what God has revealed to them. Inherently...

I don't hold to your view here. The Gentiles have always had the saving message from God. From Abel and Cain onward.

    The Covenants of Israel

First of all, Rom 1 is something that all people experience. Look at what Paul says about the unbelievers: since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine...

    The Covenants of Israel

That's right, the Mosaic Law could only bring us to Christ, but it was Christ who saves, and by belief. The Mosaic Law ceased or became obsolete on the Cross. But all throughout the Jewish Dispensation (centuries before Christ came to earth), the Law could not save. This is partly Paul's...

I wouldn't buy that, not for a minute. I am a dispensationist so my interpretations are in concert with the tenants of Dispensationism. You have a completely different method of interpretation. Replacement theology is not something I consider.

    The Covenants of Israel

The Mosaic Law does not concern salvation. It was not how Israel was to be redeemed. The Mosaic Law is now obsolete, it was not a unconditional covenant, but a temporary until Christ came.

We have a different method of interpretation. I am a Dispensationalist. That's the issue that needs to be settled before we start interpreting the text. Your interpretation method is very clear in your interpretation of the NT. I am not persuaded.

More on the Covenants to Israel

The New Covenant The new covenant guarantees Israel a converted heart as the foundation of all her blessings. According to the Old Testament principle that such a conversion can not be affected permanently without the shedding of blood, this covenant necessitates a sacrifice, acceptable to...

    The new covenant.

Neither. The Mosaic Law ceased to be in effect when Christ was put to death and later was resurrected.. Hebrews say it is "obsolete." We do have some benefits with the New Covenant, but this Covenant, like all the others, is made between Israel and God.

You have now convinced me of your lack of Greek training and understanding. I really don't think getting LOGOS or ACCORDANCE is going to help you learn Greek. One of the most helpful ways of learning Greek is to read the NT several times. Then get an Advanced Greek grammar,, such as Wallace's...

Is your view of Greek something you came up with yourself? Or did you get this information from a Greek scholar? If a Greek scholar, kindly provide the scholar's name.

I was hoping you could substantiate your claims, but to simply say I am wrong, is not scholarship at all.

Go to Duet 6.4 where the Hebrew mantra is Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one. The word 'one' is the same word used of Adam and Eve becoming one. The word "one" does not mean in every use numerically one, since Adam and Eve were TWO, but Moses says God is one, not numerically, but...
