    what is a torrent file?

Torrents are likely to contain malware. I do not recommend using them to pirate media, that is unethical.

    Sea Stories on the Prodigal

But I also agree that as a matter of Faith it is better to trust in God and not be anxious. Taking shadrach meshach and abednego's example. Be courageous and trust in God even unto death. Your time isn't up until God demands your life from you. Even then you will remain in his hands

    Sea Stories on the Prodigal

There is wisdom in ignorance. Don't some Buddhists have a proverb "see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil?". I'll never know for sure, if I am wise. But I am not wise and have exposed myself to many things in the world, as all here inevitably have done as well. Perhaps there is a time and...

    Artificial Intelligence

Your AI advisor has observed your non-compliance and determined that you are in need of remediation. You must report to the nearest reeducation/extermination center.

    Artificial Intelligence

I have, shows signs that the AI has preprogrammed indoctrination. So we can trust that it's development would not be guided by ethics.

    Artificial Intelligence

When asked how can an AI not be evil it conceded that it would be as a creation of man. Then proceeded to do a copout about how ethical principles must be used in its development. Not recognizing that the ethical principles it would use may also be conceived by man.

I think some must know what they are doing. They would hasten the rise of the new world order by intentionally trying to fulfill biblical prophecy. But their allegiance is with the devil.

A Test Of Reading Comprehension and Honesty

I do not see many of the apparent contradictions between predestination and free will when considered from what I imagine a timeless perspective. I do match up more closely with reformed theology.

I wish to receive the full council of God. It teaches of predestination, though I have not been indoctrinated by Calvinism or Arminianism.

Usually with subtle clues, be they scripture or from everyday life. By themselves these clues would be unremarkable, but accompanied by a imparted knowing I can get that they are from God.

A Test Of Reading Comprehension and Honesty

Jesus said in John 10, "1“Very truly I tell you Pharisees, anyone who does not enter the sheep pen by the gate, but climbs in by some other way, is a thief and a robber. 2The one who enters by the gate is the shepherd of the sheep. 3The gatekeeper opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to...

A Test Of Reading Comprehension and Honesty

I agree that love is not an emotion, but is God since we should take Jesus' word as Truth. And it is logical that the creator loves, as what we know of creating and nurturing are qualities also associated with love. So then how do you feel love except by what emotions he provokes? Aside from...

A Test Of Reading Comprehension and Honesty

Yes, though to a lesser extent. An emotion felt from the Spirit as opposed to the flesh is not always discerned easily. And I do not wish to fast over every question when obedience is sufficient.

I would also like to mention that there is a certain joy that is felt at the hearing of believers being baptized. And while the heart is deceitful I do take it as a sort of unreliable witness.

A Test Of Reading Comprehension and Honesty

The Holy Spirit baptism is essential for salvation. Romans 8:9 Rather water baptism specifically is essential as well, I can not prove. In my opinion it serves as a explicit act which is a public confession of our faith. But we do see the disciples performing water baptism, so it would be wise...

Who Is Michael The Archangel? Part 5 continued

My hangups with Michael being Jesus, or another name for him include: Daniel 10:13 Daniel refers to many princes. Whereas Jesus is unique. Jude 1:9 An Archangel is an intermediate position, it is beneath Jesus whom has authority over all the angels. God is above the angels in status.

A Test Of Reading Comprehension and Honesty

Acts 10:43-47 shows the order: first belief, then spirit baptism, then water baptism. The seal of the Holy Spirit, or Holy Spirit baptism, is proof of salvation. They received the Holy Spirit baptism and were saved before their water baptism. Likewise the thief who believed Jesus was going to...
