The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

I may be wrong, but It could be that he is relating to Jesus as He Himself is "The Truth", and for us, we are to know that we have received the Spirit of Christ (Rom. 8:9), as Jesus spoke of it in Rev. 3:20.

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

Yes, after a re-read, I see that he believes the 2nd coming of Christ comes after the resurrection of all saints.(the so called secret rapture?) Yes, I disagree with his stand. I removed the "like" Thanks!

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

As for God the Father, do you still not understand WHY God the Father needed to dwell within Jesus FIRST, in order for Him to dwell within us also?? Surely you do know that without Jesus, God the Father, who is Holy Spirit only, cannot dwell within us, all by Himself.

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

No not at all. Like you, I also know Who the Holy Spirit is.

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

Lol!! Sounds "logical" to my human mind. Fortunately, I don't discern or interpret scripture through the mind of my natural man....or AI. As with Paul the Apostle, I understand that I also "have the Mind of Christ", and therefore I have learned to present my body (brain/mind included) as a...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

Like most here, spiritually I see only Two entities of the Godhead, unless of course you might be adding in the words of Jesus too, to make three.

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

You really are sad case of humanistic reasoning, who now marries up with Artificial Intelligence, which is nothing more than a "hive mind" of more human reasoning. As I have said all along, you have no clue of what all of 1 Cor. ch. 2 is saying. I'm sorry to say that you just might be nothing...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

The exact time of the First coming of Jesus was to be kept a secret. Mat. 13:35; Rom. 16:25 Therefore, in the following, God did not lie. "And AFTER threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off..." Indeed, it was after the 62 weeks. But, being a secret, God does not provide the exact time...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

And what did you do? You applied human reasoning by "the natural man" to the spiritual scriptures I posted in #128, of which were spoken and written through the Holy Spirit. By such an action on your part, you are proving out all of what 1 Cor. ch. 2 says against all who discern and interpret...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

You will say that because you don't understand Isa. 55:8-9 and 1 Cor. 2:13. Isa. 55:8-9 8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. 9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

Davidpt said: "Let's consider these 2 verses for a bit. There are some in this thread that adamantly insist that verse 4 is simply meaning when Christ literally stood upon the mount of Olives during His lifetime 2000 years ago." My reply will be brief, because it is simple enough. Luke 9:58 And...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

Since you are pointing at me about what I understand of prophecy concerning Zechariah 14, I am going to help you to see how serious a miss step can be in our discernment and interpretation, even if only by ONE word. You quoted: Zechariah 14:1 KJV Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, and thy...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

Your explanation is exactly how the mind of the flesh discerns and interprets "spiritual things". It can only think on the linear plane, but NEVER in 3D of past, present and future all at the same time, as does the Mind of Christ within us. Please see my post #128

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

Rule #1 for discerning and interpreting prophecy: Isa. 55:8-9 8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. 9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. Rule #2 for hearing...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

I am NOT saying that the position of the trinity is wrong. I am saying that such thinking is not helpful in truly understanding the Godhead.

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

I am not a Jehovah Witness and never have been in any one of their assembly halls or meetings. Of course you "won't deviate", the Religion of church-ianity is very heavy with peer pressure. But, just for the record, let's say YOUR position again: "God the Father doesn't dwell within human...
  17. E

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

Of course you will disagree! To some degree, visible worldly church-ianity still rules your human mind. You can deny truth all the day long, but You still can NOT disprove the FACT that God the Father HAD TO PERMANENTLY DWELL within His Spiritual/Immortal Son FIRST, IN ORDER FOR God the Father...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

Please, you are now not even making sense with the order of time and the context by which God has brought about the TWO (past and present) manifestations of His Grace, through Jesus. Firstly, is that of Jesus being the Lamb of God who taketh away the sin of the world. Secondly, is that of...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

I am glad that you have finally addressed what I am saying. So then, I will repost your reply here and answer you directly: The other realm of Spirit??? What do you mean by that? Becareful, you just might be blasphemous against God's Holy Spirit within me!! Agreed! God the Father, and God the...

The Conundrum of Zechariah Ch. 14

Because you worship the literal words of the Bible, you might not understand that which comes from the Holy Spirit (the mind of Christ-1 Cor. 2). You probably have NEVER entertained the thought that the words: "wherein dwelleth righteousness", has nothing to do with this literal earth or our...
