How could any "Christian" vote for Dems that fight for the right to kill 60 million babies???

The Republicans are looking out for and are interested in saving the life of the baby. The Dems are interested in looking out for the feelings of the mother.

Wow......I am a good person. I was "born again of the Holy Spirit". Is it possible that I am one of those saints also? Or is there other criteria that must be meet? Mary

Interesting....Are you one of those "saints"?

Ummmmm....He said that to the Apostles. And the next vs after that He said, Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. So who taught you that He meant "saints"? Or I guess a...

Like @RedFan taught you......There is such a thing as bloodless forgiveness of sin.

That is how I took @Eternally Grateful post also.....guess we were both wrong.

I respect your opinion. I don't think either of us are wrong. Mary

Hey EG, Lets look at the context of what He said. He also said, you have no life in you and I will raise them up at the last day and Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them and the one who feeds on me will live because of me. Just doing that one thing, eating his...

In 1 Corinthians 11:17-22 Paul is admonishing the Church of Corinth for their abuses when they come together for The Lords Supper (communion). In those days Christians got together for a meal (Agape) BEFORE they participated in communion. Some of them were getting drunk at the meal, that was the...

Thanks RedFan. You have me thinking now... So I believe you are saying that a person like @APAK could say or is saying, "Yes, I participate in communion by eating/drinking the bread/wine in remembrance of Him, just like He told us to do at The Last Supper".

Hmmmmm....I don't see an answer to Paul's question. Maybe I missed it? The answer would be a simple YES or NO! Here is Paul's question again: The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of...

I think I am now understanding what you mean VIJ. You don't think Paul meant drunk (intoxicated with alcohol). You believe he meant they were not woke or aware or understanding what he was saying or the deeper meaning of what he was saying? Am I understanding you correctly? Respectfully, Mary

Deflecting and dodging. Nice try...... Paul didn't take it as a metaphor: The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ? What is your answer to Paul's question APAK?

The NT Christians did. Why don't you? The earliest writings from our Christian history show they did. You adhere to the writings of 16th century men. Why? The cup of blessing (perishable wine) which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The (perishable) bread which we break...

Hey honeycomb, What is your answer to Paul's question: The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ? Curious Mary

Eat my flesh, drink my blood, discerning the body and blood of Christ.

Yes, because He said so: Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; And Paul affirms it: The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ? Therefore whoever eats...
