    Are we prisoners?

@Mr E I love that passage in Philippians 2....... "Thus found in fashion as a man, All blameless, spotless, pure, He was obedient unto death, Sin's judgment to endure."

Poll: Tattoo artist: if a Christian daughter/son of yours worked as one, would you be supportive?

@BeyondET So were you a bit surprised at first when your mother got her tattoo? (As @Marilyn C shows, above, often family members are quite involved with tattoos these days...)

Queen Elizabeth II dies at 96

@Rita Amid all the deep memories, we trust that families can take away remembrances of Scriptures with them also, on such occasions......

Poll: Tattoo artist: if a Christian daughter/son of yours worked as one, would you be supportive?

@dhh712 Others would likely agree with you; look what others have said; Rita admits that it made her feel good: Rita said

Christianity boils down to believing in the end, there's no other way around it

@Lizbeth I am reminded of Acts 16: "Lydia, whose heart the Lord opened..."

Christianity boils down to believing in the end, there's no other way around it

@dhh712 Faith is the key; Hebrews 11; Ephesians 2.8; Romans 5.21; and indeed John 3.16...........

Poll: Tattoo artist: if a Christian daughter/son of yours worked as one, would you be supportive?

@Marilyn C Thanks for your comment - and poll vote, above. So did your niece ever show you any of her portfolio of designs that she did? and are any of them faith based? Like you imply, it's so very widespread now; some ppl still claim it's not lady-like: Cachalot said: ↑ But I don't think...

Poll: Tattoo artist: if a Christian daughter/son of yours worked as one, would you be supportive?

@devin553344 A lot of young Christians have this same idea. All the young ppl with Bible verses tattooed with whom I have spoken seem to have received them as witness tools.

Do you believe Spirit baptism replaces water baptism?

Thoughts on this paper? The overestimation of the uneducated when disagreeing with actual experts.

Yes; the so called experts have reversed themselves............

Poll: Tattoo artist: if a Christian daughter/son of yours worked as one, would you be supportive?

@marks I know you're not into tattoos at all, although your mother-in-law might be, just a bit. Because what she did is often seen as a classy thing to have done, I reckon that a lot of respondents to the poll, above, would not begrudge someone practising the profession, anwyay.

Is the Bible wrong about virgins? Deuteronomy 22:13-21

@marks Seems to me, also....(if I'm not mistaken; I must confess I've not read all the posts...)

Poll: Tattoo artist: if a Christian daughter/son of yours worked as one, would you be supportive?

@atpollard This is really exactly the point that Heavenhome makes - albeit indirectly: it's often the more mature women who will have a well thought out tattoo design that they have planned for a long time and are not deflected from it - far from being a momentary decision.
