    @L3astAm0ngManyB13ss3d But did you find that once you had calmed down enough for him to get going steadily with the needling, it became kind of therapeutic after a while? As in, getting over the initial anxiety and becoming settled as it steadily went in; therapeutic in that sense?

    Hi @AlwaysOnAJourney Good to see you on the forums. Hebrews 12 is a great passage; verse 2 exhorts those who love and trust the Lord Jesus to keep "looking unto Jesus" (verse 2). If by prayer and Bible reading we make this a priority, then we can emerge from introspection by God's grace.

    @L3astAm0ngManyB13ss3d The pharmaceuticals will of course push for the manufactured, tablet variety of sleeping pill. While instead some ppl use gums or liquid mj, those who already vape/ do some social smoking find that inhaling mj works best for sleep; I guess yourself have long gotten...
