Definitely, Gentile believers aren't--Gentiles never were held to those laws--so, the most anyone could argue from Isaiah 66 would be that Jewish believers would be bound to keep those dietary laws... and there would be ample NT teaching to the contrary.

Paul knew Isaiah 66, and still taught that he wasn't under Law, and that other Jewish believers weren't either (Ro 6:14, 7; Gal 2:19). It's an interesting question (how to reconcile Is 66 with Paul's teaching on being under Law, foods being clean, etc), but, since he knew the Scriptures, and...

Doesn't Romans 14 say that some Christians do not observe a day, and they do so as unto the Lord, and some Christians observe the day, and they do so as unto the Lord--and doesn't Paul, in Galatians, actually express anxiety over the Galatians being "under Law", and "observing days"?
