    There's a blue mirage in Texas...the big cities for Biden have been counted completely...the rural areas have barely begun to report which will be strongly for Trump.

    There are two separate groups of electors that can be elected for a state. Biden's electors Or Trump's electors. That's who are getting actually voted for today...the group voted for will go to DC on December 14 and cast their votes.

    Well that's the day the electors actually vote. Today is the day we vote for electors. Biden's electors are different people than Trump's.

    In Fulton county (Atlanta) which Biden needs to show up in a big way to carry the state had a major water line break that kept people from voting in a strongly held Biden stronghold...for at least a third of the day. That right there could have cost Biden Georgia.

    How ballots are counted is a state matter. Some are mag cards Some are punch cards Some are Scantron Some are completely electronic in various ways. Some are mechanical tabulations in individual machines.
