No, actually, it takes very little research to find that dairy products are not something any adult needs. And this is coming from someone who LOVES ice cream, milk, and butter... And eats way too much of all of it.

Dairy, for adults, can affect almost EVERYTHING. It, along with sugar, are possibly the worst things we can put in our bodies.
