Obadiah - About to be Fulfilled?

These texts in Obadiah are not referencing the political realities in Palestine today. However, when/ if one insists that they are, they close the door to the perception of the prophetic intention.

    Why did God allow slavery?

Any kind of slavery is exploitation. Many things in Israel's history were concessions. Why?, because they would have engaged/ practiced them irrespective. Insisting on having a King as the Nations around them was another one. It was never intended that way. They copied many of the customs of...

When one consciously and freely gives ones life for somebody else, isn't that saying something about their character? When one does a deal, that is something different altogether.

Israel Judicial Reform, The Way is Now Being Paved for the Destruction of the Dome of the Rock and Construction of the Third Temple

ahhhh, the reader of tea leaves interpreting events to fit into their own imagination. Israel as a political entity is a spent force as far as being leaders in God's purposes. It has rejected the very one who was their only hope. 'We have no king but Caesar' was their defiant chant. 'His blood...

Was Jesus sent to rule as the Messiah or was he sent to die for the sins of humanity?

Jesus gave his life because we took it. The operative word being 'gave'. He gave it not because God required blood before he could forgive but to let us know that we could do the worst to him and he would still love us. When one loves, one forgives; the two are inseparable ie, loving and forgiving.

Since more children and people have been killed by Israel than in the terrorist attack, should they stop?

How can those who think there is a solution in killing others ever stop? How can an eye for an eye bring vision to anybody? The only way evil is nullified is by absorbing it, not by reflecting it back. Jesus absorbed it, it killed him.....but Oh the wonder of it, he came back to life. We are to...
