    Grace

I am upholding true grace by seeking to eliminate the human pitfalls associated with a misappropriation of grace....a grace that serves the carnal fallen man...as opposed to the true grace that lifts mankind out of the pit and the miry clay. True grace lets a man walk as He was created to...

A hammer dulcimer...like an open piano... a little more metallic sounding.

    Ukelele

It's a great, if underrated instrument. I used it to add some high end to recordings. It has a droning sound....so you always play in the same key....like bag pipes. I used to tune it to the key of the recording and play it....and since it is always in only one key ...there's no bad notes...

Hey Austin. Welcome here...and thanks for the heads up! :)

    The Mysteries that Paul taught:

The false gospel about sin no longer counting, stems from an ancient heresy...that of Gnosticism...whereby what you do with your body doesn't count...it's your beliefs and knowledge that saves you. It divorces actions in the body from religious beliefs...the latter cancelling out the former. As...

    Grace

All drama aside... (I reported your offensive attitude on this forum...that ironically proves you don't know what grace is) The bible interprets the bible... שֶׁקֶר הַחֵן Grace is deceitful... Prov. 31:30 God has given us some rope...some freedom...some grace...what will we do...

    The Mysteries that Paul taught:

While this is true it isn't what you think it is. The mystery is the power of the cross that makes us be dead to sin...and walk as Jesus walked. It is the power of His grace on these mortal bodies. You would have us go from....being dead in sin...to being alive in sin? Or...a born again sinner...

    Spiritual Growth

Amen John... Job was given double all he previously had. Even the word "Ephraim" means doubly fruitful. I believe we are meant to be at least doubly fruitful. Look at the parable of the talents....always a double return. But the one who kept/protected what he was given initially...the servant...

    Faith or sin

That means by the modern definition (held by many) that satan has a saving faith...since he believes that Jesus died for the sins of the world. Or is it...we have to believe selfishly that Jesus died for MY sins to be saved...so that leaves the devil out?! (The devil isn't thinking selfishly...

    Faith or sin

Amen! The truth has more than one polarity. It is like a magnetic field. It has a positive and negative pole. In fact, even grace has a negative pole. Grace can deceive us unless we take into account that negative pole. The earth itself has a polarity and a magnetic field....or else we would be...

    Grace

Unfortunately there are too many man made doctrines to contend with. I prefer to let the bible explain itself. Grace is ALWAYS about power. My grace is sufficient for you...the power of God to do what is impossible for men. People want grace to be about being special before God. But there is...

    Spiritual Growth

This is not true. We receive a taste of the heavenly gift. If a person only keeps what they start with...they remain as babies in Christ their whole lives. The touch is real. But God only gives us what we can handle. We are exhorted to go to the throne of grace to receive MORE grace when it is...

    Grace

Grace is the empowerment of the other. It's isn't just favour. God has no favourites and neither should we. I think the idea of favour can be very misleading. God's grace consists of giving us the power to do His will. The power to walk in the Spirit. To bask in His presence in love, joy and...

    Faith or sin

I think that's it. His punishment was a temporal one...of not being allowed to see the promised land. But yet there was no eternal lasting effect. Like David. All sin has consequences...but some is eternal and some is temporal. But to whom much is given...more is required.

    Faith or sin

Right on John! God is always being faithful but is His faithfulness rubbing off on us? Are we learning to be righteous? Are we happy with the will of God and His ways? May the peace of Christ disturb us...even scandalize us..into some kind of conformity to Him.

    Faith or sin

Well as long as we are seeing the maturity in others as something good...and not in the immaturity of pride...then not so much. Paul said... 1 Cor. 11:1 Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.

    Faith or sin

What? Oh my...a total confusion of standards. God offered the very same salvation to all of Israel. Only Jacob and Caleb had that unlimited/unconditional faith in God in every situation. They were faithful...they did not have more grace. Man. Talk about missing the lesson. What God is looking...
