We are the Last Generation =the Fig Tree Generation

We are grafted into Israel...as Ephraim. The fullness of the Gentiles.

    The Problem With The Trinity

When a person falsely sets himself up as a teacher ...and is in grave error... that person needs to be discredited. That is reasonable. Should we give credit where none is due? You have a repetitive agenda....and stomp your feet thinking your frustration is going to make it more true. Most...

    Calvinism?

See that's the thing. When we are conformed to Christ...we don't have to hide from God. In fact, God always sees our true condition. Jesus didn't come to hide us from the Father...but to reconcile who we are with who He is...in Spirit and truth. What you are speaking of is not of the Spirit...

    The Road To Perfection

Thank you Scott. It's good to chat with a brother. :)

    Calvinism?

I like that word...valiant... from the French vaillant ...as in...vaillant guerrier (Brave warrior) We are to add to our faith "virtue" (Gr. arete) according to Peter. This is a manly courage...the courage of a warrior. If we confess Jesus before the world...He will confess us before the Father.

    Treasure In Earthen Vessels

When you consider that the enemy has succeeded in turning the gospel inside out...to the great pleasure of many.

    The Road To Perfection

A righteous person admits his sins. But he also seeks to make restitution. One day Jesus went to a house of one Zacchaeus. He has extorted more money ,as a tax collector, than he should have. He decided to repay double or more to those he had thus robbed. Jesus declared salvation had come to...

    Is Remarriage after Divorce, Adultery?

Mainly agree. I think people put too much trust in their own beliefs and then justify themselves based on their beliefs....and endless circle of presumptions. We will be judged by our works...what we have done with what we have been given. As is plainly evidenced for all to see...except those...

    Is Remarriage after Divorce, Adultery?

A strawman. You had the right idea at first...although somehow reducing the effects of a carnal adultery. But this doozie.. but it will only save those that truly believe it does. That is so far from the truth... Does gravity only affect those who believe in it? Do the unbelievers in gravity...

    The Road To Perfection

Adam not only sinned but he also hid himself....due to his loss of innocence. God had to go find him. His confession was an excuse...that Eve made him do it. Of course Eve would say...the devil made me do it. But they couldn't deny the fact that they had eaten. Their whole perception of life was...

    The Road To Perfection

I see a difference between an unclaimed reality...and an unfulfilled reality. Christ in us is the same potential we all have to obtain the full stature of Christ...both in an experience of grace AND a maturity worked into our souls. We have not all attained...not even close. Many run in vain...

    The Road To Perfection

In Hebrew that word would be "tamim". With the tamim God will be tamim...(Ps. 18) Jesus warned us to become as little children....innocent as doves in regard to any kind of evil. So then this is the kind of righteousness God is looking for in us...tamim. If we lose that innocence...we...

    NT BOOKS, LUKE 21:36

It is a huge error...to take away God's agenda and replace that with a human agenda. People tend to focus on themselves. THEIR salvation. But there is no salvation other than entering into Christ. He is the Ark that saves us. Of course God is merciful and will weigh our lives at the end. God...

    Treasure In Earthen Vessels

Christ in us is not enough to bring us to perfection. We also need to abide in Him. There is no promise...but only a hope...for Christ IN us. Unless we go to the cross ourselves and die (fully) we cannot live from the life that is hidden within us. We have to get off the throne of our own lives...

    Sound Doctrine

I think the fear of the Lord is unlike any other kind of fear. It is mixed in with a comfort and a purity. God is the final authority and judge....as such we are wise to fear in this way. An actual encounter with God will provide the fear. Even if the visitation is for a good thing...the sheer...

    NT BOOKS, LUKE 21:36

It's more like God finds us...or allows Himself to be found. This is the whole basis of Christianity. Reconciliation with God. Salvation is a by-product of a restored relationship with God ...and not the main goal ...as a man-based doctrine would have it.

    NT BOOKS, LUKE 21:36

They say in heaven...the British are the police, the Germans run the trains, the French cook and the Italians greet you. In hell (this is a joke) The Germans are the police, the Italians run the trains, the British cook and the French greet you.

    Calvinism?

In Montreal and elsewhere in Quebec...you will find a man named say...Richard Taylor....but he doesn't speak a word of English. I can usually tell by the person what language to use when approaching him/her. My wife, who's not from here...doesn't understand how I do it! :p
