But that is to the believer.....not the world. Why can't you see that the world is not the church and the church is not the world? A Christian is to walk by faith. If something upsets that faith....then the believer has let in another consideration.

yes...we usually need to go to God after regeneration for the fullness of grace. Although some may receive the full measure of grace at the beginning.
