It says the 69th week end with messiah, he is then cut off.. there is not a 7 year period mentioned again until the primce confirms a covenant for 7 years..

Actually the Bible does. If you want to hinder God feel free God gives free will. But he knows what man will chose freely. You will not surprise God by doing somethign he does nto already know you will do.
