Actually its "Faith comes by Hearing". This means that the Gospel has to be told, heard, and then believed. This is why God sends out Pastors, Missionaries, Evangelists....as how can an unbeliever BELIEVE in Christ, unless someone TELLS THEM why, how, etc. This is more about common sense...
