    Thinking about the Sabbath

interesting huh!.....how God's Law brings out a strong response. God's Law also found a strong response in Heaven....a third of angels felt so strongly....felt compelled to side with the master maligner, it cost them their place in Heaven.

    Thinking about the Sabbath

here's a couple of translations of the same verse FYD. There are others also. Psalm 19:9-10 (TLB) God’s laws are pure, eternal, just. They are more desirable than gold. They are sweeter than honey dripping from a honeycomb. Psalm 19:7-11 KJV. translation The law of the Lord is perfect...

    How Could Have Satan Sinned?

I wonder if it was beyond mankind to create a disaster like the flood as in Noah's day. Interestingly enough there were about the same amount of people on the planet at the time of Noah from what I have read as there are today. We just assume that they were not technologically advanced. Do we...

    Thinking about the Sabbath

It's kinda convenient to covet...you know, who's going to enforce the unseen and unheard desire for another mans wife or husband or money when it's easy to come by. Do you think about it twice? Do you say, what the hell, it's not hurting anybody? or maybe the view is, the law has been done a way...

    How Could Have Satan Sinned?

I have questions about this. going forward in time to today...if the nuclear buttons are pressed for whatever reason and the world is destroyed (of which we have the capability) would that be God's doing or man's?

    How Could Have Satan Sinned?

I would say the lake of fire is eternal in its consequences not eternal in its duration. This view underpins the arbitrary view of sin's definition. I hold that sin is the cause of death.....nothing arbitrary about it.

The Fire That Consumes - Does Hell Burn Forever?

one of the tactics of error is to stir up the water with irrelevancies.

    How Could Have Satan Sinned?

'wrath' is not an independent attribute living somewhere for ever in God's reality. It is the force manifested at anything which destroys ie, sin and death. It will eventually destroy both rendering God's vast creation eternally clean. We know this because of Calvary. The 'experiment' of...

    How Could Have Satan Sinned?

Yes....he creates all intelligences with free will. It is only with free will that any can render or withhold service because of choice.....and love does not coerce neither does it create autonotoms

    How Could Have Satan Sinned?

God's methods are revealed in Jesus....he is the final word on how God really operates and I would quote Hebrews 1:1-3

The Fire That Consumes - Does Hell Burn Forever?

Being in the presence of God is an unspeakable privilege and honour. The words torment and eternal destruction are used for the same purpose of illustrating the final status of the wicked....gone....blown from existence. I think the weightiness of this is difficult for us to imagine and will...

    temperance

I'm saying ViJ that unless one trains the body and mind ie, gives it the maximum chance of being sharp and fit and healthy one will not win at an Olympic event. It's not just admitting this, it is doing it....living it. Being sharp and fit and healthy involves putting the best into your body...

The Fire That Consumes - Does Hell Burn Forever?

Truth is truth Ronald...it matters not who speaks it. Any attempt to malign it by using a label is the convenient way of ignoring the evidence and maintaining denial. Resorting to labelling or demonising as a means of getting the upper hand is an age old strategy used by cowards in every...

The Fire That Consumes - Does Hell Burn Forever?

what I see here is a convulsion to justify an imagined idea and an attempt to use scripture to justify it
