Proverbs 1:33 refers to Jesus' God. We know this because most translations in v7 & 29 use capital-LORD to refer to Jesus' God. Jesus is never referred to as capital-LORD. As you wrote it, there are dozens of lowercase-Lord's in Scripture and Jesus is one.

That's because the KJV substitutes God's personal name for capital-LORD. See Ps 110:1.
