Has anyone had the experience of a witnessing opportunity that came directly from telling an enquirer about the tattoo design that you have gotten? Sometimes ppl regret their ink later, but experiences such as these might serve to make the original inking indeed an unregretted experience.

@Rita A privilege; shows the blessing of being ready to give a reason for the hope within, right? "But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:" (1 Peter 3.15).

@Rita Repentance is indeed a wholesome, Biblical subject, essential in an understanding of other Biblical doctrines of the Gospel.

It's true about people sinning because they are sinners. Ephesians 2 describes what we are by nature, and the great need for the intervention of grace, through faith in Christ.

@Bartholomew Jones If the Bible verse is inked on paper or on skin, both can be blessed, right? My wife and I talked to a young lady with the whole of John 3.16 tattooed on her wrist area; seems like a lot of young Christians are getting faith based designs inked in.
