    @CharismaticLady A lot of young Christians seem to head for the tattoo parlor, anyway, often for the faith based content as much as for the aesthetics. Did you vote in the poll, above?

    @Michiah-Imla 1 Peter 3.15: "be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear". This probably lies behind the motivation of a lot of Christians' tattoos.

    @Michiah-Imla This was in the context of Levitical offerings; it was of course not in denial of the final sacrifice of Christ at the Cross, or His High Priestly work.

    @Michiah-Imla YW. I do believe in the true believer's eternal security, BTW. Romans 8.38-39, etc. John's First Epistle speaks a lot about the assurance of those who walk in truth; they are the truly cleansed.

    @Michiah-Imla Some ppl think a wrist is a good placement for a tattoo, especially a faith based one (Bible ref., Christian fish sign <><, etc.).

    @Michiah-Imla It's interesting that Paul circumcised Timothy, not in order that he might come under the power of the rite, but rather in order that, among Jews knowing he had been circumcised, he would enjoy more of a hearing for the Gospel.

    I have known a few faithful preachers over the past weeks and months who have been killed by heart attacks brought on by the virus, seemingly. We need faithful preachers, and if precautions are necessary while we wait for the vaccine, so be it, IMHO.

    Presidential Election Live Coverage 2020

    There have been vaccinations for mumps, measles, smallpox, tetanus, etc. for years and years. I would not understand any opposition to being vaccinated against mumps, measles, smallpox, tetanus, etc., supposedly "on principle". (I'm in Canada...)
