    Vaping problems? / benefits?

@Ziggy It's what ppl soon learned to do and just did.

    Vaping problems? / benefits?

@Ziggy Oh I agree about corporations...it's when they start dictating foreign policy, too....

    Vaping problems? / benefits?

@Ziggy Yes, in those days it was what ppl did. Pearl mentioned about her family and her mom, decades back: Prior to WW1 it was more of a man thing (although historically before the American Civil War it apparently used to be widespread for women to smoke also). But from about WW1 onward...

    Vaping problems? / benefits?

@VictoryinJesus So you think that, at least while you smoke, you'll continue to stick with cigarettes rather than switch to vaping?

@VictoryinJesus It's good to receive the truths underlying the Lord's Supper; merely ingesting the physical emblems will not do this.

Faith-based tattoo: as a result of one, did you ever talk with someone? (Poll included)

@Not me From back, although the saying is, Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, for not a few Christians, rather than about aesthetics, it's possibly also about going ahead and using an effective conversation starter in witness. For whatever reason, it's undeniable very widespread. FHII said:

Faith-based tattoo: as a result of one, did you ever talk with someone? (Poll included)

@Ziggy No, I'm not. But this is an interesting short video about a Christian tattoo business; the owner explains his philosophy. There are also excerpts from clients; one from a young man who was referred to the parlor by his mother; another from a young woman drawn to expressing something in...

    The meaning of regeneration

@Christophany Thanks for the 'likes'; these issues are so misunderstood and it shows how superficial thinking has taken hold so widely among those who profess...

Faith-based tattoo: as a result of one, did you ever talk with someone? (Poll included)

@Michiah-Imla Arm and wrist are popular placements for faith based designs; sometimes for something small and simple. Its widespread, anyway. FHII said this, back a bit: For not a few Christians it seems that how to get inked up is more the question than whether to get inked up.

    The meaning of regeneration

It comes back to "Ye must be born again" as a work of God, not of men.

    The meaning of regeneration

@Christophany As regards "decisions", what I do find objectional is the way professing evangelicals use manipulative, advertising techniques in order to extract so called "decisions" and then supposedly attribute ppl signing on the dotted line, etc., to the work of the Holy Spirit.

    'You hath He quickened'

@Ziggy It's so good to quote - and memorize - Scripture... :) "Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee." (Psalm 119.11)

@Michiah-Imla PS: I suppose your comment on the other thread could in theory apply to tattoos also?
