@CharismaticLady It can take some courage sometimes to entrust one's skin canvas to a good tattooist in the hope and expectation that the quality will turn out to be truly fine. It seems that for a lot of 18-year olds there is certainly a lot of such trust about. Because it's what they do at 18.
