@TLHKAJ Well, I'm sure anyway that your daughters who have indeed had it done had their different reasons for doing it, which to each of them would have seemed strong ones. I suppose that as far as your youngest daughter is concerned she's not shown any signs of intending to have it done.

@Rita As with music, so also with things like bodyart; I think this is probably where some very conservative critics of other things are coming from, such as: "Because some ppl with tattoos don't live like Christians, therefore this proves that all tattoos everywhere must be bad" - illogical...

'Yesterday' sounds good... What puts me off somewhat is memories of drug taking, etc., ... not necessary the music which can be tuneful, but the associations...

@TLHKAJ Well, really it's a generational thing now, isn't it? When young ppl - esp. young women - get to a certain age it's what so many of them expect to do now, isn't it? A lot of young Christians feel it's a really good way to express something faith related.
