Agreed. Sugar is NOT our friend! Nor is ANYTHING processed. Whole foods is the way to go. If I find I am starting to eat too many "bad carbs" bread, sweets...it will take me under a week of refraining to not crave them anymore :) A diet is not something that you "go on", it's a lifestyle...
