@RonCoates I think that true church unity is spiritual, centred on our risen Head (1 Corinthians 11), discerned by an understanding of truth and doctrine from Scripture. Creating human, world organizations really goes in the opposite, wrong direction, in my humble view.

@Nancy I don't want to be too specific but so many things amount to cultural expectations rather than being absolutes. Sometimes those cultural expectations can be very strong, though.

@Heart2Soul I truly don't see how anyone could legitimately have a problem when a bride and groom exchange wedding rings; I truly don't; it's beyond me that anyone could (but what do I know? :rolleyes:) I must confess that I struggle to see the mindset of those who could find such wedding rings...
