    new version of OSAS?

A person who loses faith turns into a non believer John calls them antichrist. They were never of us, if they were of us they would never have left. People do not lose faith unless they never really had it
  2. Eternally Grateful

    new version of OSAS?

Do what? These men who believed one can be saved simply by believing or saying a prayer but they can live however they want in all ages are licentious. And they have NEVER been saved. No loss of salvation. Because their eternal destiny was forknown long ago This is for today as well as it was...

    new version of OSAS?

Jude: 4 For certain men have crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into licentiousness and deny the only Lord God and our Lord Jesus Christ. I can only Go by what the word says my friend. If jude says they were marked...

    new version of OSAS?

How can you say you love Jesus, yet reject his payment for sin. by trying to insert your own works as equal with his? and denying his own mercy and grace with which he is offering to save you?
  6. Eternally Grateful

    new version of OSAS?

Amen. Its all about me and what I did. All my hard work. and hare dare to tell me my work will account for nothing when it comes to salvation. It is why the jews rejected andcrucified Christ.
  7. Eternally Grateful

    new version of OSAS?

oh? Your teaching pretty much the same Gospel the jews taught (*salvation by Jesus plus). so who is missing out?

Acts 2:38 has been abandoned by Christianity

Actually this is not true either Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent (Change you thinking to match Gods, so you can come to true saving faith in Christ), and and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit (As you will receive the washing (baptism) and renewal (new birth) of the HS...

Acts 2:38 has been abandoned by Christianity

Who teaches a person does not need to repent? No one would or could come to true saving faith without repentance. Thats why the command to repent is so prevalent in scripture. I think you all make these things up because when it comes to facts. you have really nothing to hang your hat on.

    new version of OSAS?

I heard a teaching once which took me by surprised. It shed light that Licentiousness and legalism are both rooted in the same issue. Pride Pride that we are going to do it our way. And how dare anyone tell us any different.

    new version of OSAS?

Its amazing, I have to teach on Gal 3 at our friday night church meeting. When we look at Gal 3 (legalism( and James 2 (licentiousness) Both Paul and James are united in this. that he is not telling people to be fruit inspectors. To determine if a person is saved or not. To go around and judge...
  12. Eternally Grateful

    new version of OSAS?

I wonder how they can compair the pharisee, who praised God he is not like the sinner (license to sin, love to sin, excuse sin, and all the other things they say about us) and not the tax collector. Who came to the end of himself got on his knees and cried out for mercy. And think they will go...
  13. Eternally Grateful

    new version of OSAS?

Yep. Also by your gospel you are known.. They are not. John said whoever sins has never known God. Its not an OSAS issue. Its a have they ever been saved issue. Never means Never. Jude said their destruction was foreknown. They were never saved my friend. Its not OSAS. OSAS depends in the...

    new version of OSAS?

I follow Jesus. as does everyone I know But when you do it to EARN salvation. Yes my friend it is works. I do believe we should follow Jesus. Out of faith and gratitude. Not out of a means of trying to appease him so I can be saved.
  15. Eternally Grateful

    new version of OSAS?

Osas is one way. Grace through faith. How can that be the wide gate? That makes no sense. its the most narrow way of any religion on earth
  16. Eternally Grateful

    new version of OSAS?

Yep your right most want the wide gate, full of works, religion rules and regulation. And game playing. They reject grace, and preach a different Jesus if they teach him at all.
  17. Eternally Grateful

    new version of OSAS?

That’s not grace, that’s works my friend. That is merited favor by of your own power following him and doing all he asks us to col

    new version of OSAS?

Yeah I do I also know the apostle johns opinion they were never of us, for if they were of us they never would have departed, but they departed to prove they were never of us, just because someone claimed they have faith in God and have recieved his gift does not mean they ever knew him
  19. Eternally Grateful

    new version of OSAS?

Just because there can be a licentious believer, does not make eternal life conditional. I grew up baptist. So yes, I was just like you once
