    Calvinism vs. Arminianism

So you think God dragged you against your will as you fought him? I do not see this in your testimony

My point stands stop denying it

what a joke. And yet you do not judge? What do you call this? One thing is for sure, not only is your interpretation of the word flawed. But your hypocrisy is deep. You could not convince someone who has faith in Christ to come you way for that fact alone,

    Why does God test us?

Temptation is different from trials. I think James said it best in chapter 1.. 2 My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, 3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. 4 But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking...

Amen As The scripture says He was not sent to judge but to save. We have no right to judge, but we can come alongside and help. I truly believe many will be in heaven we think were lost. And many will not be there we thought were saved. We are not God..that we can see a persons heart

    Calvinism vs. Arminianism

I think these conversations are entertaining. On the one hand you have double predestination. A god who only chose some based on nothing but that he chose and how dare we argue with him, while choosing others for hell without even giving them a chance. Why does God test us?

He tests us for our benefit. It is for our growth. If he just let everything go and be perfect. we would never learn and when catastrophe happened it could actually weaken our faith so deep it could cause us to become prodigal children. Where our life will take a downward spiral. Edit, I want...

I think Mt sinai shows us more than our sinl what deeper message does it show
  12. Eternally Grateful

    Once Saved Always Saved

He tried to earn salvation because he did the work and his own power saved him
  13. Eternally Grateful

    Once Saved Always Saved

Jesus: for god so loved the world he gave his only begotten son that whoever believes in him shall never die but has life eternal. me: God, I know I am a sinner, I come to you bankrupt, knowing I can’t save myself and am totally worthy of judgment, I am crying out for your mercy and...

    Once Saved Always Saved

how could I have true saving faith one day and deny it the next? This makes no sense to me. Yes, god knew it, he knew it before time began,
  15. Eternally Grateful

    Once Saved Always Saved

No, but they will end up possibly being lost because they tried to earn salvation by enduring, instead of keeping they faith on God so they could focus on serving others instead of being afraid they might not endure
  16. Eternally Grateful

    Once Saved Always Saved

Yet many people teach it, and deny they teach it. So it is still a huge problem even in the church
  17. Eternally Grateful

    Theories of the Atonement

They certainly did get a lot wrong, they even crucified the one sent to save them, because they did not think they needed him
  18. Eternally Grateful

    Once Saved Always Saved

What about prodigal children? I was one for 5 years, was I still my fathers child?

If you have ADHD/ADD, what has helped you?

If it helps, I did grow out of it mostly the older I got. But you still struggle, meds did help some but they were dangerous
