(Did you vote in the poll, BTW?) Yes, it does cost a bit; though those who do it regularly seem to advocate it as a rewarding and unregretted experience, anyway. Seems that those who do aspire to having ink on both arms and legs will also eventually aspire to some piercings; not automatically...
