More Christian tattoo artists a positive development?

@MetalMike Yes, well, although many years ago getting tattooed was almost always a man thing, yet once it became really mainstream for women to have it done, it seems very widespread indeed for female relatives to get inked confidently. Many Christian women seem to get faith and family themed...

More Christian tattoo artists a positive development?

@shnarkle I guess that because it's become so mainstream now from 18 onward to get ink, so many young Christians do indeed see the point, especially if they know that a faith based design will indeed bring about witness conversations and opportunities.

    David Wilkerson's "The Vision"

I don't see the great tribulation in Matthew 24 as the same as the tribulation principle in John 16.33. We are looking - through tribulation - for the Lord's coming for the church; we are not looking for cataclysmic events to happen first, which are earthly events relating to Israel and judgment...

    David Wilkerson's "The Vision"

Some said he remembered Christians saying that Mussolini was the man of sin...and then when they hanged him and his mistress from a lamp post in Milan, the prophetic enthusiasts didn't then say, Hey ppl, we were wrong... o_O Good to stick to what the Scripture says, rather than speculate...

    How many ear piercings?

PS: I'm not sure whether men tend to prefer the needle method to the gun; or whether it's actually about the same for men and women, whether needle is used or gun...?

@soul man Hoping the wedding goes well. And there are plenty of parlors in Vegas; so did any of your family ever use one there yet?

More Christian tattoo artists a positive development?

@Waiting on him Understanding what it feels like is all part of it, first of all. But it's in any case become very mainstream now to do, from 18 onward. (A bit like double pierced ears were 40 years ago; a bit edgy at first, but now everyone's grandmother / great-grandmother has had doubles done.)

    How many ear piercings?

@Jennifer Some ppl think Claire's is fine to use; others would recommend a tattoo parlor which also likely has a piercing service and they use a needle usually rather than a gun. (You need to be careful in any case with the gun method if you do cartilage, right?)

    Judgemental People

I'm sure we all have done, sometimes... I do love Philippians 4.8; it helps me to focus on Him...

    David Wilkerson's "The Vision"

@Waiting on him I guess with its strong Jewish background I would see the passage as relating to the tribulation period after the church has gone...

More Christian tattoo artists a positive development?

@Waiting on him Do you think from their seeming experience the first tattoo can be a bit of a hurdle but then it gets easier to go for more?

    David Wilkerson's "The Vision"

@Waiting on him I guess you don't see the church in Matthew 24, either...
