Vaping got me off a 30 year habit! Praise God...have not had a cigarette the day I started the vaping. It is now going on 9 years tobacco free...AND-gained zero weight. I tried SOO many times to quit before that and to no effect. I STILL can't believe how much I hate the smell of cig. smoke...
