The house of Israel/Judah are Jews, not gentiles. As a matter of fact, the promise includes every blind and lame person on earth healed. Is that occurring now?

Jer 31 has nothing to do with gentiles being saved from the least to the greatest. God promised the fathers of Israel to save every single one of them someday. We are included in this future covenant in a dark glass way.
