Folks are tired of a reformation and hunger for a transformation, which Acts 2:38 will provide

Those instances were pre-Acts, before Acts 2:38 was commanded. Peter was the spokesman for the Spirit led church in Acts 2:38. He gave us the new rule to be saved here. The OT(gospel times) cannot provide you the NT plan of salvation(Acts times).

Folks are tired of a reformation and hunger for a transformation, which Acts 2:38 will provide

You said.... Peter is saying "repent unto the remission of your sins". Peter said... 38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. You put me in a tough position...

Folks are tired of a reformation and hunger for a transformation, which Acts 2:38 will provide

16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.... 21 The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus...

Folks are tired of a reformation and hunger for a transformation, which Acts 2:38 will provide

Have you noticed that we(Acts adherers) take the scriptures literally and the Acts skippers take them figuratively?

Folks are tired of a reformation and hunger for a transformation, which Acts 2:38 will provide

Were those in verse 41 baptized for the remission of their sins as Peter commanded in verse 38? Or, did he have a change of heart that day?

Is pre-tribulation rapture a doctrine of demons?

Demonic, false teaching would say Jesus said ye must go THROUGH these things.

Is pre-tribulation rapture a doctrine of demons?

Jesus was a demonic, false teacher?.... Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. Escape, or go through?

    Freedom To Sin

You cannot proceed to Romans unless you have first obeyed Acts 2:38. This is mail theft. You have no business rummaging through the Acts 2:38 saints' mail.

Faith remits sins or baptism remits them? 38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Of course....16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

Being baptized for the remission of sins in the name of Jesus Christ is logical by somebody first believing the word of God. It would be silly to think people will obey Acts 2:38 that don’t believe.

Amen, the only way any person can know they are in the church of the book of Acts is if they have the identical doctrine and the identical experience as that church had. All other churches are counterfeits.

“For the remission of sins” means “in order to obtain remission of sins”. This is indisputable

I agree. Since they teach the same thing basically, regarding salvation, it doesn't really pay to be content. I found this video on youtube whereby the lady was baptized in Jesus name and filled with the Holy Ghost speaking in tongues as per the Acts church experience. This is what we need to...

Amen. And joining any of these man made religions are futile per salvation.

Amen. Mankind cannot be transformed without first obeying Acts 2:38. The 3000 that murdered Jesus were transformed that very way in Acts 2. This has set the standard for all Christians to be transformed. Skipping Acts 2:38 is not transforming but deforming to folks.
