    Figuratively I see what you mean. The passage in Mark 14 drawn to our attention by the OP seems to indicate that the young man was definitely physically naked. I wonder what - if any - the significance of this is?

    Yes, it may be that Mark is obliquely talking about himself. So how did you mean about his youth = his nakedness?

    Interesting; I don't recall anyone preaching about these verses. In John's Gospel, John refers to himself obliquely sometimes; and so maybe this a similar device, penned by Mark. The fact that he was naked seems also somehow to be significant; any thoughts?
