Poll - Tattooing: from male military and biker ethos...to viable witness means for both genders?

PS: Have you admired/enjoyed looking at parlor portfolios? They have a lot of artwork to see, with no obligation.

    Calvinism is a Cult

I try, Sir, to be an encourager and a challenger from Scripture. I try not to be an arguer; respectfully I decline to argue at length with you, Sir.

    Calvinism is a Cult

I would probably call myself some sort of Calvinist; and I don't favour hyper-Calvinism. The reference was about some of the variety of ways in which I have heard the term Calvinist used over more than 30 years. A dislike has also taken hold of me over many years about engaging in endless...

I agree with what you say about hyper Calvinists.

    Is your salvation a burden?

"Praise the Saviour, ye who know Him, Who can tell how much we owe Him, Gladly let us render to Him, All we have and are." (My emphasis.)

    Calvinism is a Cult

I'm talking about usage, not my opinion.

    Calvinism is a Cult

Some Hyper-Calvinists don't believe in the free offer of the Gospel.

    Calvinism is a Cult

I agree about the call to faith, yes. The term Calvinism can actually be defined in many - even contradictory -ways. Many Calvinists down the centuries have actually believed in the free offer of the Gospel.

Poll - Tattooing: from male military and biker ethos...to viable witness means for both genders?

Seems like you have learned / are learning really to appreciate the look of well injected, tastefully needled skin. (I guess for some people "looks good" and "feels good" are two sides of the same coin, you may agree?) Little wonder that for so many people it seems to be a rite of passage to...

    Is your salvation a burden?

John's First Epistle also has very helpful verses about walking in the light, fellowship with the Lord, assurance, etc.

Poll - Tattooing: from male military and biker ethos...to viable witness means for both genders?

PS: If not for you, do you think it can for some ppl be a healthy, beneficial test of endurance and wholesome experience to get tattooed (especially if faith based)?

@1stCenturyLady So have you seen any more good tattoo documentary episodes just recently?

    Always hope in our Father.

Epaphras (Colossians 1) makes a good study.

    Your favorite Psalm?

PS: There is also the Hebrews 1 passage which contains this phrase. It links in with Paul's and John's use of 'first begotten' and 'only begotten' in their different contexts, whether of preeminence or uniqueness.

Sounds as if she doesn't like it any more... (and as if you don't like it, either...)

    Your favorite Psalm?

In Acts 13, the context makes clear a reference to the Resurrection in 'this day have I begotten Thee'.

    Your favorite Psalm?

Psalm 2 is indeed remarkable - especially the reference to the Son.
