    Unclean Sky Watchers

Romans 7:14a ~ For we know that the Torah is spiritual ....... Barnabas 10:1-12 [01] Now therefore, in that Moshe says, You shall consume neither swine, nor eagle, nor falcon, nor crow, nor any fish that has no scales upon it, he received in his understanding three ordinances. [02] And moreover...

    Unclean Sky Watchers

The primary reasoning behind this thread commences with the Testimony of the Master, as follows. Matthew 13:3-4 3 And he spoke many things to them in parables, saying, Behold, a sower went forth to sow. 4 And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the flyers came and devoured them...

    Paul's Gospel

More circular and illogical argumentation. According to your view, the RCC was completely inspired and guided by the Holy Spirit in choosing your cannon, (minus the seven deuterocanonical books). Your cannon is not my canon: the Holy Spirit guided me to more books than what is in your...

    Paul's Gospel

You have no clue what the conversation is about for having jumped in without understanding what you were reading. Read and quote the whole post if you wish to understand because you are way off target. I did not make a single line statement such as you have falsely quoted it: I said that was...

    Paul's Gospel

If indeed you are a member then what gives you the right to cut off your brother and apostle Yakob, a.k.a. James, and make up fake excuses for pretending like his epistle and words do not apply to you? Where does Paul address any congregation called the church of the hyper dispensationalists?

    Paul's Gospel

The old audience relevance game, eh? So which of Paul's seven congregations are you from? Otherwise, according to your own view, Paul's words are not for you. :clmSmlx

    Paul's Gospel

They found "Songs of the Sabbath Sacrifice", a text found also at Qumran, along with many other texts that look to have been from Qumran or at least texts and themes of the same type, as well as many scripture texts...

    Paul's Gospel

The blogger I link to, whom I said appears to be a Kabbalist, did himself mention that Jewish legend. The other links and scholars I referenced and linked to were coming from a rather strictly Christian textual criticism standpoint.

John 1:1 and Jesus’ Sonship in Adoptionist thought - Post#238 @Wick Stick - A second strong confirmation from Paul. In the two quotes to follow Paul is quoting not from the Hebrew text but from the OG-LXX, (Old Greek Septuagint). There are many places in the OG LXX where the Tetragrammaton is...

    Paul's Gospel

 I absolutely agree. The reason is because the niqqud, (pointing system of the Masorete text), is a literal Pharisee commentary embedded right into the Hebrew text: = only one way to read it, the Pharisee way. Lol, nah, as for me, I have the LXX and the Apostolic writings to help...

    Paul's Gospel

There are plenty but, even though older sources, the books from most authors are still copyrighted and sold on Amazon, so you probably will not find much online, (hardly anyone is interested in such studies now days anyway). 1) "The Nature of Word Division in Ancient Hebrew Manuscripts Ancient...

    Paul's Gospel

It concerns the actual separation of the Hebrew text, which was not separated in the time when the LXX was rendered. The Assyrian (Babylonian) block script from the time of Ezra was in a scritpua continua form much like the early Uncial Greek texts. The waw/vav served as the word separator...

    Paul's Gospel

When I began to backtrack and investigate quotes in the N/T from the Tanakh, (which are primarily from the LXX-Septuagint), I quickly began to learn from my Septuagint fathers how to begin "rightly dividing the Word of Truth", and that statement really has nothing to do with what...

A nickname for the name of the Father, eh? Unfortunate assumption.

So far today: “If war restarts, it will become a world war.” IRGC commander Mohammad Reza Naqdi, discussing what he calls American strategic mistakes and the implications of renewed conflict, says the conflict would go global and cannot be contained. Claims Iran’s missile capabilities remain...

Chrestos may also be rendered as gracious, as in 1Pet 2:3. 1 Peter 2:3 ASV 3 if ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious: 1 Peter 2:3 N/A-W/H 3 ει εγευσασθε οτι χρηστος ο κυριος And this contains a partial quote from Psalms 34:8 in the LXX: Psalms 34:8 OG LXX-Septuagint 8 (33:9) γευσασθε και...

Twice already Trump has attacked Iran before certain deadlines ran out: the end date means nothing at this point because this wasn't actually a genuine ceasefire with the intent to end the war anyway: it was, just as in the last pause, nothing more than a pause to replenish and reposition...

    Paul's Gospel

As far as convincing arguments there is quite a bit of information strongly suggesting that the original Christians were actually called Chrestians, from ancient tombstones and letters, even to ancient and critically important uncial texts. CHRESTIAN in Antiquity Do tell. :)
