    WHAT GOSPEL DID JESUS PREACH?

Luke 1:33 : And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end. " No end" . A thousand years has an end.

    A SURVEY OF DISPENSATIONALISM

Actually what really hurts is the thought that many Christians actually believe there are two separate plans of salvation. There is only one relevant covenant for all people who believe in Jesus Christ. The church or assembly whose names are written in heaven is the body of Christ. These...

    A SURVEY OF DISPENSATIONALISM

I've never heard someone say the New Covenant isn't for Christians. Hebrews 9:11,15: But Christ came as a High Priest of the good things to come, through the greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands, that is, not of this creation. 15 And on account of this He is the Mediator...

Everyone Loves Christmas, Almost No One Loves Why It Exists

"Just God with us, calling sinners to repentance, faith, and obedience." And this is a 365 day a year message. Amen.

    Revelation 20: 5&6

Matthew 24:38-39: For just as they were in the days before the flood, eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, 39 and they didn't know a thing until the flood came and took them all away, so also shall be the coming of the Son of Man...

    Revelation 20: 5&6

There is a Jerusalem above which Christians are waiting for ( are supposed to be waiting for). The Jerusalem which the Jewish people are looking towards is the earthly Jerusalem where they are in the final stages of preparation for their messiah and their millennial kingdom as taught in the...

    Revelation 20: 5&6

You said: "We have the dead in christ rising BEFORE THE TRIB AS JESUS TAUGHT." Please tell me where Jesus said that, I'd like to see it. Thank you.

    Revelation 20: 5&6

Yes. If you read from Revelation 20:11-15, you will see " books" opened for the unsaved, and then "another book was opened, which is the book of life". So everyone is being judged at the same time. The last verse confirms this: V.15: And if anyone was not found having been written in the Book...

    A SURVEY OF DISPENSATIONALISM

Romans 2:28-29: For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in flesh; 29 but he is a Jew that is one inwardly; and circumcision is of the heart, in the spirit, not in the letter, whose praise is not from men but from God. This is a dispensation as well...

    Revelation 20: 5&6

"The idea that there will still be people in flesh bodies, having children, etc., during Christ's future "thousand years" reign with His elect is a Jewish myth." So yes, I definitely agree with you . It is a teaching found in another religious text that made it's way into the Christian church.

    Revelation 20: 5&6

Hello. When you compare scripture with scripture, you will not find anywhere the teaching of a " second resurrection". If you find anything, please let me know.

    Revelation 20: 5&6

Davy, well said. I agree. And I think because you have " thousand years" in quotations you don't believe it's a literal thousand years. In this time of apostasy I think the toughest barricade to break through is that teaching.

    Revelation 20: 5&6

The Bible does not teach that there is a " second resurrection". Anyone who takes part in the " first resurrection" is resurrected unto eternal life, and will not experience the " second death", which is the death of the soul. So because there is one resurrection of all humanity at the last...

The Feast of Tabernacles, or "Sukkot" what is it all about?

Hello Ben. I'm a long time Christian that doesn't quite understand where you are coming from. Not being disrespectful to your jewish ancestry but I don't see how celebrating Old Testament feast days is something that God wants us to do as Christians. In other words what would be the point of...

A little bit about "Yom Kippur" or the "Day of Atonement"

I'm sorry but when you say "Have a Reflective and thoughtful Yom Kippur.", are you saying this to Christians? I don't believe God would want us to go backwards in observing the Old Covenant practices. He gave us His only begotten Son who made atonement for us. This activity seems to be more...

    A Challenge

The soul dies. It's like a candle that's put out. That's truly sad when you think about it. I want my soul to live forever with Christ. And I pray this for everyone I know and love.

    A Challenge

After reading this I thought of this verse: Hebrews 12:2: looking unto Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. " the joy that was set before Him"

    A Challenge

If I could ask you : If the sacrifice of Christ was all that was needed or required in God's sight for our justification, where does the additional act of " accepting Christ" come from? Most importantly where is it found in scripture?

I agree with you but I don't understand the analogy behind the scripture you provided.

    A Challenge

I believe I understand where you are coming from. I believe many Christians are beginning to understand that Jesus Christ saved us from DEATH, being the one and only perfect sacrifice for sin. He " tasted ( experienced) death" for every man (Hebrews 2:9), not an eternity in a place called "...
