God views a person on how they act. Before being saved all persons are viewed as sinners. Not necessarily wicked sinners. A wicked sinner is someone like Adoph Hitler, Saddam Hussein, murders. etc. An unsaved sinner, who is not wicked, is someone like Benjamin Netanyahu.
