The only possible survivors of Rev 13 and Rev 14 are the saints.

Invalid comparison, Jesus is speaking of types and God's justice. Also we know the fate of the people of Noah's day, Peter tells us The story Christ tells us is of their destruction, where else do the wicked go at death. They became imprisoned spirits in hell who died during the flood. What you...

only in your No Brainer repsonse. The wicked were removed from earth and went to hellfire, a different place, while both Lot and Noah remained on the earth Only thing left of the wicked was ashes and dust, and some became bird food.

I Agree that God is in control for His purposes. Genesis 50 19 Joseph said to them, “Do not be afraid, for am I in the place of God? 20 But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive. 21 Now...

Well, combining false religions with the true is really an abomination to Christ. Christ is the way, truth, life, then Christ adds in v7, which is also very significant, proving He is OF God and GOD in the flesh. So all the other ways are thieves and robbers, We do have a firm foundation in that...

Exactly, fully agree. I also responded to @rebuilder 454 of the words of Christ about the end of the age-world in other verses and also what Paul taught which are also in full agreement. Eternal destruction of the wicked unbelieving at the return of Christ, those who do not Know God, those...

8 I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of Man cometh, shall He find faith on the earth?” Christ is suggesting He won't find much faith in Him when He comes again And that agrees with how all the scripture teaches about the Last Days. Those beast(s), false...

On that Day when He comes again, we believers remain with Him, the wicked are taken away to destruction, they are separated from Him. Matthew 13 The Parable of the Tares Explained 36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away and went into the house. And His disciples came to Him, saying, “Explain to...

Shocking to think that any believing Christian would think God is reviving His old covenant with Israel

8 Previously saying, “Sacrifice and offering, burnt offerings, and offerings for sin You did not desire, nor had pleasure in them” (which are offered according to the law), 9 then He said, “Behold, I have come to do Your will, [b]O God.” He takes away the first that He may establish the second...

It is the Lord's covenant with Israel and they did not continue in it so God regarded them no longer Hebrews 8 explains all this, it is done with, over and out, finished. Passed away, dispensed with altogther. KJ21 not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I...

That Day is one of fire and wrath. Not a fully exhaustive list, I left some more well discussed ones off the list, and there are many more OT verse about this Day. All these verses are speaking of the same Day as my other posts. 1 Cor 3 8 Now he who plants and he who waters are one, and each...

The LAST DAY is the KEY to the mystery as it is the appointed Day of Christ, it is the Day of the Lord. It is a singular DAY. While we are in the last days, at the end of the last days is the LAST DAY. Romans 2:5 But in accordance with your hardness and your impenitent heart you are treasuring...

Jesus returns after the great tribulation when people say peace and safety. Some people believe the great tribulation never ends, but God shortens the days of the great tribulation else no flesh would be saved. And surviving believers are on the earth when He returns. Paul says some believers...

Malachi 4 tells us what happens on that day, the people of God inherit the earth (new earth) And the wicked unbelieving, those who do not know God and those who do not obey the gospel are gone from the earth They go to their appointed place of destruction. While we as the people of God inherit...

post #263, yes we are gathered, all God's people to Him and saved from the wrath of God on the unbelieving world All this happens as a sudden destruction for the wicked who are taken away and believers caught up to Christ to be with Him just as fast and all are transformed in the twinkling of...
