Young rich ruler not saved, why ?

Salvation now is from sin. That's the only biblical real time salvation. The is no unconditional salvation. One must run the race of faith faithfully till the end. INHERITING life (salvation) on judgment day is for the righteous....who don't know they are righteous. These are the ONLY 2...

Young rich ruler not saved, why ?

No. Being born again is a sample of initial grace. You need to be baptized in the Spirit to get the full measure. The cross of Christ takes away the power of the sin nature. This allows the inner man to enter into Christ as the new covering. Until we are crucified...yes. Until we enter INTO...

    The Real : ISSUE

God has always been merciful. This too is misleading. It's not like God loses His mercy on judgment day. Mercy triumphs over judgment. Your premise is false. Going to heaven? What does that mean? Heaven is for now. The next age is not in heaven but a new earth. And that5 earth will be...

    Who are the Saved?

Our choice is whether we want to repent or not unto righteousness...by water baptism. The baptism of repentance. Nothing miraculous about it. It's a human decision. Spirit baptism on the other hand is by the will of God. Translation into Zion in the higher walk is by the will of God. Getting...

"Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned."

You have to notice that water baptism is by the human will, whereas Spirit baptism is by the will of God. You can't condemn a person for not being approved into holiness.

    Gave You The Faith

You are an interesting one my friend! :) So opposite of what one would expect normally...
  7. Episkopos

"Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned."

A lot of futile arguments here. The word of God is on 2 levels...a double-edged sword....cutting 2 ways at once. In righteousness and holiness. 1. Baptism of repentance into righteousness...by public confession of faith in WATER. Represents eating His flesh (obedience) 2. Baptism into Christ...

Sinless Perfection. Why do so many teach against what Jesus taught?

The great delusion is making up a false gospel that God has no part of. It is literally SELF-generated. Some of the aspects of the great delusion are ... 1. Positional theology: whereby a person reads about a spiritual experience in truth in the bible and claims that vicariously as an imagined...

Sinless Perfection. Why do so many teach against what Jesus taught?

God is not a default position. He has to be included not ignored. Only God can declare someone as righteous. Many have very foolishly declared themselves as righteous even claiming to be as righteous as God. Where do you get that? That is a religious scam. Sin will always be imputed to those...

Perfection or Maturity? Rethinking Matthew 5:48

If you are interested in understanding perfection from the biblical perspective study these 2 words...shalem and tamim. Shalem is a perfect heart. And tamim is the perfect way. It's probably not what you are thinking.

    Gave You The Faith

Why are you labeled "other faith". What is that other faith that you can be faithful to Jesus beyond thsoe who claim to be Christian?
  12. Episkopos

    Gave You The Faith

Exactly. You seem to know more about the gospel than most. The presentation is all one sided....because the focus is on the ego.
  13. Episkopos

    Gave You The Faith

The earnest of the Spirit or aravon is the down payment as a sample of the whole product which is the full measure of grace that can overcome sin. But that advance is conditional that we also provide what the transaction demands...namely our lives in return. A life for a life. We are bought...

Young rich ruler not saved, why ?

The opposite is true. The fruit of having the righteousness of God is that we walk in the perfection of Christ. If the criteria for God's righteous standard was that we are imperfect, then all men are saved. Are you are universalist? Or do you prefer your own salvation to that of others?
  15. Episkopos

    Who are the Saved?

This is a religious proposition that leaves God fully out of the equation. It makes you the author of your own salvation. You get to decide if you are righteous. There is no acceptance with God required. As such salvation is arbitrary....it depends on your choice. Is it any wonder that people...

Young rich ruler not saved, why ?

The plane IS Christ...as I stated. Don't deviate my words too.
  17. Episkopos

Young rich ruler not saved, why ?

I think you are trying to be saved by grace from the law and its responsibilities instead of the grace of the gospel that saves from sin. You have the wrong understanding of salvation, as do most people. In Him is no sin. So we overcome as Jesus did as we abide IN Him. It's like overcoming...

What does loving your neighbor look like in today's world?

Those who only have the sample of grace from regeneration still sin. Yes. A sample if grace is not enough to overcome sin with. But what the sample of grace can't do, the full measure of grace can. Whoever enters INTO Christ does not sin. In Him is no sin.
  19. Episkopos

Young rich ruler not saved, why ?

And which modern believer has sold all and now follows Christ into His perfection? Basically no one.

Sinless Perfection. Why do so many teach against what Jesus taught?

This requires a little logic and reading skills. Before the son of perdition is revealed the great falling away must first take place. The fullness of that falling away is not yet complete. More must fall away. The three measures of meal must become fully leavened. The saints are not fully...
