QT you are welcome to believe what you want. We all have missteps in our understandings of the scriptures. Many of those missteps have been created by man and not by God.

No, it is also mentioned in Genesis 2:17 and is clearly seen in the Hebrew text but is lost in the translations. However, the Hebrew word more commonly found in the Hebrew text is not "tā·mūṯ" which is found in Gen 2:17 in association with the Hebrew word "mō·wṯ" which precedes it, but in...

QT you said this: - and in response I said this: - The contradiction is in your understanding of what the Hebrew text actually stated and the English translation error that you are trying to use to justify your false premise that adulaters will both be stoned to death.

The consumption of the Turkey is probably more important that the actual Thanksgiving Day of giving thanks.

Your point may be valid. I did not try to be prescriptive about what our treasures may be that we deliberately chose to store in heaven. It may be very different for every one of us who believes in the Son of God.

Leviticus 20:9-16: - 9 'For everyone who curses his father or his mother shall surely be put to death/die the second death. He has cursed his father or his mother. His blood shall be upon him. 10 'The man who commits adultery with another man's wife, he who commits adultery with his neighbour’s...

Did not Jesus tell us to store our treasures in Heaven so that they would be there when we too get to heaven? The problem that we all have is being able to determine what is our real treasure which we can store in heaven?

There are enough references to Satan/Devil in the OT for the OT people to understand that Satan/Devil was a real entity who roamed the world looking for people he could cause to sin against God. Perhaps, as you suggest, Jesus . . . .??????

QT if you think that your rubbing my nose into the contradictions that you allude to will be of benefit for the membership of this forum, then by all means do so. I will take your correction(s) if, after examination, they actually stack up with God's words. Shalom

The primary sin being committed around the world at this moment is that if the nations of the world act God like and if they do "A", "b" and "C" then they can change the weather patterns so that "Climate Change" can be turned around and the weather will return to what we had known in the past...

Perhaps, this passage will clarify what I had posted. 2 Chronicles 7:13-15: - 12 Then the Lord appeared to Solomon by night and said to him: "I have heard your prayer, and have chosen this place for Myself as a house of sacrifice. 13 When I shut up heaven and there is no rain, or command the...

No, the meaning of "seismos" has the meaning of "turmoil," and the translators are stubbornly holding to their first attempt of translating this Greek word on the mistaken idea that they did not make any mistakes in their work of translating the Hebrew and Greek texts.

Jack it is obvious that you did not comprehend what I had written. It is also applicable to the Church.

Countries cannot invade themselves, however people who live in countries can undermine the very existence of their country.

I am sure that either China or Russia would provide the money with strings that will ensnare them in a debt that they will never be able to repay and take their free choice from them as well.

You are welcome to my pray which I hope will become a blessing for you. Shalom

I know that I do not have a view that is backwards or contrary to scripture. Please quote and reference the biblical prophecy that you suggest supports your point of view. Thanks

Then may the Lord draw both of you into His loving Embrace so that you both will know His love for both of you. May you come to Know God and all that that entails. Shlom
