Yeah, I've actually been around folks before they say stuff like this and just to make a point... sometimes I'll play along. And say stuff like, "After church, I'm going to go to the bar and get drunk!" And then just dare them... double dawg dare them to say I should not do that, or that there...

That's what you should have asked your mail man! Looks like the postal service is hiring very low quality human beings these days. Apparently that's good enough for government work!

That actually reads He gave them POWER to becomes sons of God. John 1:12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: Having the right without having God's power to get er done is meaningless. Exactly. There is no...

It's too bad that we cannot get in to specifically HOW to pray as that offends many who insist in praying a bunch of blah blah that is not even scriptural. We should be standing on God's promises as though He is not a liar and desires to give us what He has promised. He's honest, so the Lord is...

Who said anything about doing stuff without the Lord?

This will not pay the bills. Yer gonna need some money while living in this world as you already know. Sometimes people we are witnessing to are in dire straights financially and Christians should be able to help them with that. It's odd to tell someone the Lord Jesus cares for them and then...

Are their garments cleansed by the Blood of Jesus... or by being dunked in water? Which is more powerful, the Blood of Jesus or H2O ???

There are others that got filled with the Holy Ghost after the day of Pentecost... so the infilling of the Spirit was not just a one time event. There's something you can study... or not if you are one of those secessionists who let the enemy trick them out of things the Lord wants ALL His...

You know the scriptures teach Jesus is the only way unto the Father... I got a list of scriptures for this, but you do too right?

Have you cast the devil out yet? Jesus said these signs would follow them that believe, in His Name THEY would cast out devils (Mark 16:17). It's your mind, so refuse to allow those thoughts to come in. Instead, read God's promises out loud so you can hear yourself speaking what the Lord has...

That's where they fall in to error as they claim if someone turns away from the Lord and backslides back in to living in sin (walking after the flesh) they are still saved. This is the false "security in sin" doctrine I've talked to people who claim to be baptist that say they can get drunk...

NO. Jesus is the only mediator between God and man so trying to get saved thru mary or a religious organization will not get one to Heaven. And it's not just the catholics in error about this... many so called "protestants" believe they can be saved by following luther or calvin.

No, I became a believer and was washed in His Blood when I believe, confessed Him as my Lord as I turn from my sin unto the Lord. In the New Testament, they all got dunked in the water AFTER they got born again Your view is like the crazy COC people who claim if someone died on the way to...

If Jesus promises something... does He keep His promises? If not, that would make Him a liar. Of course James 4:3 comes in to play, but the Lord would like for His children to mature enough to be able to handle this world's goods without it causing them to turn from the Lord and/or start...

You prove you are without the Spirit of the Lord by the false doctrine that you espouse from yer house. Heresy is on God's list of those that do these things will not inherit His Kingdom. You have been informed! Actually it's proof that you are a cherry picker who rejects what the Lord says...

Actually one can cause themselves to not be saved because God in His sovereignty decided to create man in His own Image which means man has the right to decide to turn away from the Lord. This is why the Lord put numerous warnings in the New Testament about this that would not be in God's Word...

Rejecting truth = going to hell

In order to receive correction you'd have to have the Holy Spirit. That's what the cherry pickers always say... as they reject all of what the Lord says due their indoctrination by the false teachers in the finer ways of cherry picking. And then... Jesus proved that OSAS is not what He is...

So do you now believe the false "once saved always saved" gospel that turns the grace of the Lord in to lawlessness? This is what most churches preach now....

Luke 16:16 The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it. Jesus said all teaching starting with John the Baptist is new testament teaching...
