Hi there, So Jesus talks about "men's hearts failing them, for fear of the things to come" (Gospels, from memory). I hazard that this can be interpreted a step further: at the end of time, men will have lots of problems. By problems I mean mental instability, ill health, doubts...

Morality may not discover the truth, but it obliges you to share it, if it will help someone else. Imagine saying "morality obliges me to discover something about your past; when I look at you, I see a partial monkey"? Dying to yourself, sharing with others, believing in a higher power, all...

Buddy, I am saying insanity can be increased (with judicious use of the words you speak) and you are saying "that has nothing to do with my subject!" - if you have a subject at all, it is because you have used your mind! Unless something is moral, it can't be true. Removing morality from...

Further to the Holy Spirit's discovery in me: if you study going distances and someone shows you the verse "go the extra mile", that verse does not clash with your understanding distances, it enhances it. The same can be said of science and the word of God. The versatility of the word of God...

I have worked out what it is that Gentile Evolutionists will trust (!): GE's will trust that the word of God is not going to drive them "mad". Different aspects of Evolution drive you mad, but the Bible does not. It will be the sanity of our response to Evolution, in the Holy Spirit, that...

To be fair, I wasn't saying you were a liar, I was saying it is irrelevant if you are a liar (because God is true). Secondly, I don't see that the Word of God is without power, that is, the power to inspire (I believe the word of God can inspire all kinds of science, for the most part)...

I had an insight that when Jesus left the grave, He was presented with the choice of being born again mysteriously one way or another, but He waited.

Let it be said, that we prayed that Syria would get its best - in Jesus' Name Amen.

I am layman, who has been told he's inherited sin from a monkey and that he should just mind his own business! Don't make science a curse! You understand it, but you don't understand your own limitations - then you complain that someone who thinks about it clearly, doesn't understand you? If...

I'm not hurt, but I think you are under-estimating God? Can you really say "I gave God a choice, and He harmed me with it"? I think what may be confusing you, is the idea that God will "do away" with the madness, if you trust Him with it, that's not what He says at all. Anyway, I continue to...

Hi there, So what the anti-christ will do, he will do steadily. This is the approach to the end. The question is, if the anti-christ has a name, will he answer to it? I have stated elsewhere that the anti-christ rejects birth (and so can't be born again), but the Lord promised that He would...

If you take the parts of a watch, put them in a bag and shake them, eventually you get a watch? What then, if what you want is a calculator? Still going to shake a bag of watch parts? "Let every man be a liar, but God be true" (letters, from memory). I even believe in adaptation, why you would...

There is a technique for letting God finish your thoughts. The idea is to let God have the final say on what you suffer for (mentally). I'll pray that everyone benefit from this technique, and you.

I like how the Trinity relate, when they are considering an argument: The Father and the Holy Spirit may agree, but the Son may doubt it; or the Spirit and the Son may agree, but the Father may doubt it; or The Son and the Father may agree, but the Spirit may doubt it. Fascinating - that they...

Hi there, So I just developed a technique, which can put you in touch with God's Grace. For background, I have both ascertained that laughing at your cure can bring you closer to being well and that allowing God to share your struggle - within you - can ease the suffering of dealing with mental...

Hi there, So it is almost complete: the Church of Notre Dame has been rebuilt! This is a great sign of the peace that the Churches of the world will enjoy, when Gospel has gone out to all the nations of the world. It will be common place, for people to say "Oh yes! I have faith like that...

My contention is that you can start from beginning to end, with every single possible change, as many times as you like and you will never be able to transition one species, to another! I wish Evolutionists understood this [that no combination of a species, leads to another species]. I think...

More than moral, is inspirational for a time - but despairing over a correction, wearies the soul (selah)

It's no kidding that this thread has got 6K views! I realised that actually my addiction to McDonald's is partly madness - that has made it easier. As such it has needed a cure and laughing at that cure has brought me closer to sanity. I think from there, I can just starve the addiction out. If...

You inspired to put my trust in God, that He is able to share my burden with me. Thankyou. I feel less alone now.
