The 144,000 before God at the end.

John Gill doesn't concur. "And Jesus said unto them, see ye not all these things?.... "These great buildings", as in Mark; all these goodly stones, so beautiful and large, and so firmly put together: verily, I say unto you, there shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be...

About the modern Jew - potentially a major deception and distraction for believers

The Scripture is inspired truth. So is Israel's identity found outside of Christ? Or is it found in Christ? Which one?

The 144,000 before God at the end.

Albert Barnes doesn't concur. "There shall not be left here one stone upon another - At the time this was spoken, no event was more improbable than this. The temple was vast, rich, splendid. It was the pride of the nation, and the nation was at peace. Yet in the short space of 40 years all this...

The 144,000 before God at the end.

Adam Clarke doesn't concur. "This chapter contains a prediction of the utter destruction of the city and temple of Jerusalem, and the subversion of the whole political constitution of the Jews; and is one of the most valuable portions of the new covenant Scriptures, with respect to the evidence...

About the modern Jew - potentially a major deception and distraction for believers

You didn't answer the question. Is Israel's identity found outside of Christ?

About the modern Jew - potentially a major deception and distraction for believers

So you think Israel's identity is found outside of Christ? That is the ultimate curse.

About the modern Jew - potentially a major deception and distraction for believers

Israel's only legitimate identity is found in Christ. Galatians 3:16,29; 2 Corinthians 1:20 Sadly, only a remnant will find Him. Isaiah 10:22; Romans 9:27

NEWSFLASH: Abraham was not a Jew. Neither was Isaac. Neither was Jacob.

Scripture is talking about Christ. Christ is about salvation.

About the modern Jew - potentially a major deception and distraction for believers

You seem to have ignored verse 9. Ah, it is there. As hidden as you can make it. Doesn't it deserve its own line?

The 144,000 before God at the end.

Matthew Henry doesn't concur. "Providence soon determined this controversy (which is the only thing that seemed a controversy between the Old Testament and the New) by the destruction of Jerusalem, the desolations of the temple, the dissolution of the temple-service, and the total dispersion of...

NEWSFLASH: Abraham was not a Jew. Neither was Isaac. Neither was Jacob.

Yes, the Scriptures I've cited confirm that circumcision of the heart is the only true circumcision, through Christ the Everlasting One. Nothing and no one else. I've experienced it. Have you?

NEWSFLASH: Abraham was not a Jew. Neither was Isaac. Neither was Jacob.

I have no idea what you're talking about. Neither do you. But your "everlasting" circumcision is clearly not "everlasting". Romans 2:28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: Romans 2:29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly...

NEWSFLASH: Abraham was not a Jew. Neither was Isaac. Neither was Jacob.

The issue is not whether or not it's salvatic. The issue is whether or not it is everlasting. God said that it was everlasting. You've been telling us that it's everlasting. So it's everlasting. Thus you believe that circumcision is an everlasting sign of the everlasting Abrahamic Covenant...

NEWSFLASH: Abraham was not a Jew. Neither was Isaac. Neither was Jacob.

Explain how your questions relate to either the Scripture or my question.

About the modern Jew - potentially a major deception and distraction for believers

Do you know that only a remnant of Israel will be ready for Jesus' return? Isaiah 10:22, Romans 9:27 Do you know where the Israelites who have not believed on Him will end? It's called hell.

NEWSFLASH: Abraham was not a Jew. Neither was Isaac. Neither was Jacob.

Here's a question for you that BP is afraid to answer. Genesis 17:13 He that is born in thy house, and he that is bought with thy money, must needs be circumcised: and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an everlasting covenant. Does circumcision signify an everlasting covenant?
