Well let me read them all see if any scripture is given me by the Lord. I stopped reading the moment I was given that scripture and stopped reading. As I scan the questions I don't hear any different.. except just now hear the word from the Lord I was given was "discern" "discern" I will let...

Jeremiah 8:8 (NASB) "How can you say, ‘We are wise, And the Law of the Lord is with us’? But behold, the lying pen of the scribes Has made it into a lie.

You are right about LOVE haha I think we humans are not capable of loving as the Lord asks. I mean we are given the 2 commandments regarding loving God with all our heart soul and mind, and loving our neighbor as our self. (Mt 22:37-39). then on top of it Messiah gives a new commandment to...

A lack of hunger for God, to know Him. I think you see it in the world with lack of trusting in a person.. To me there is a lack of fear of the Lord. I think you see it still in churches dividing still, like big time now with Methodists over the LGBQ issue.

Yes I do, but I hear 1, 2,or 3 words at a time and I search the scriptures entering the words for "out of the mouth of God" and know it when I see it. So it goes back to searching scriptures in what I hear. I often hear a scripture in my mind reading something, I post usually the scripture I...

I think we are seeing the coldness: Matthew 24: 11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. 12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. 13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Isaiah 43:11 I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no saviour.

Well I don't need it, I do the same but the only book is the Bible for me. I quote it and so so so many on this forum don't quote they just talk and give their opinions and don't point us to how they even got them. haha I figured you really didn't even want it.. Who is the teacher in your...

Calvin Commentaries are online. Calvin Commentaries PDF

I understand with this how you were called a trouble maker in churches.

Mt 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Christ is God to me not Paul. You might want to ask God our Father if I am a believer.

Oh but I do believe Christ you believe Paul so a difference... you failed to answer my question though.

Calvin probably ran into this verse... how do you define this verse? What does it mean? Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

I can't believe you give Paul credit for something Messiah did by explaining the law. The Law was changed to this: Matthew 22:37-40 37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great...

A good word Chaplain. I especially like the last 2 paragraphs and I was shown something I had never thought to repent for as it is a scripture not really talked about regarding being judged for. Mt 12:36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account...

I like what you said, but would like to also say this being a woman. God told Adam not to eat of the trees, you do not see God speak to the woman till after this event. So woman to me heard from Adam about the trees yes?? Not from God. So woman was not told by God but Adam must have told the...

Yes I know the parable but your last scripture quote says given to another people my bible say given to another nation. Israel is seed of Jacob not Abraham, God said he would increase the seed of Levites and king David. The seed does mean genealogy we see it in Rev. with the 144,000. the...

Chaplain to many scriptures pop into my head with you posting this again. haha so will just post them.. of course they could just be for me and to not get into this subject. Isaiah 55:8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. John 3:12 If I have...

LOL ok. You are funny.

Hi Cassandra I didn't understand the post re to topic, I did go read about Melchizedek in the OT but ask the Lord what to even respond. I was given this this morning so will post it here thinking it was the response. Isaiah 49:5-7 5 And now, saith the Lord that formed me from the womb to be...
