@TLHKAJ, this is one of the best posts from you that I’ve read. To put a fine point on it, no being can separate their actions from their nature. It’s that we tend to act based on a dominant aspect for the situation, be it charity, anger, mercy or justice. For instance, I saw my subordinates new...

Coward.

No. You're not getting it. David. I did X. Wrangler. David said he did X. Nowhere does the text suggest they did not, in fact, do the things listed. This is simple language usage. They did AND Jesus still did not know them. That's the point of the text. Consult a good study bible or concordance.

Nope. That is not how the text reads; they actually performed miracles in his name AND Jesus still did not know them.

You don't think people thrown in the Lake of Fire are killed and tortured?

OK. Getting back to the wisdom of wives, it seems @TitusTwoWife prioritizes her family in love and sacrifice. Not sure what all this hostility is toward her noble pursuit. I doubt better knowledge of ancient languages will light our path.

I reject the premise of your question. Muslims are people who are more victimized by Islam than anyone else. Facts, prudence and stated motive of Islamic Jihadi's demand vigilance.

We disagree. Agape is closer to universal compassion than highly conditional love in English.

Where do you get this from in light of our Lord saying even those who performed miracles in his name, he didn’t know.

They’re not like other countries. Their religion makes them want to instigate WWIII as that’ll usher the Islamic Messiah to come.

I wonder how many nuclear bombs Iran would have already launched against Israel if they didn't take out their capacity? My guess, all of them that they would have made by now. It's a shame the Persians have not revolted against their Islamic oppressors during this time where they've been weakened.

Diversion. We're having a discussion right here! No need to divert attention to another discussion. How about you summarize the vid for discussion in this thread?

Love and hate should be discernible. Nothing says love like throwing someone into the Lake of Fire for eternal punishment. Doesn't mean Jesus still didn't sacrifice for them; they just choose to discard the benefit of the sacrifice. Agreed. I once told a Pastor that unconditional love is the...

Agreed. That’s why I put him on ignore months ago.

Micah 6:8 doesn’t say it is the most important command. It’s says what we are to do. There are categories of commands; spiritual, moral, ceremonial, etc. Mathew 28:37-40 is from the Sh’ma, the most important commandment, which itself is derived from the 1C. Naturally, we are to put God first in...

To constantly say what Jesus didn’t do is tacitly denying what he will do and we should model that demonstration.

But Jesus will kill Christians. You keep wanting to only talk about what he did Tuesday as if that is the totally of what he did and will do. Jesus told us even those who perform miracles in his name, he never knew. The Lake of Fire awaits, where Jesus will end of killing more people than anyone...

Is that a pic of a war ship?

No bombing in Iran Friday & Saturday. https://www.newsmax.com/world/globaltalk/iran/2026/07/26/id/1264053/ We don't fight wars to win like in WWII.

While I was born in Boston, I identify with the South. My daughter was born in Houston, where I lived and loved it.
