@Hidden In Him ...I did add to that post.

Yes we do...I think there was too much complacency concerning the prior deaths....and I really feel it started with little Jack... I wasn't attending the church at that time but I do remember an evil spirit attached (emli)...that was hard to stand and fight but I did and I eventually overcame.

The only thing that I can say is God may be taking some home to prepare them for Jesus return when He fights Satan and defeats him once and for all....the saints will be with him...He is coming very soon.

It definitely has a "Job" type of attack happening...directly from Satan himself.:(

I just received news that our Pastor passed away this morning....this is the 7th in this past year....I can't make any sense of it...not going to try...they were all related to each other and all leaders in the church...

Anyone who doesn't believe in Jesus is an antichrist so yes it is a catch all phrase in a sense but as to referring to ones who order the believers to be killed or imprisoned is one of power. This position can do so much more against believers than just someone who is an unbeliever.

Welcome to our family! Hope you find many friends here!

Greetings and welcome! Really glad you're here.:)

Welcome to the forum! Come on in and join the fellowship!

And it is perfectly okay to set boundaries by saying no...they should have asked you first.

I had to make a long trip to get my neighbor who got stranded. Now we are heading back and I am making him drive so I can just play on my phone...so I already had the site open.

The one in Acts is Herod Agrippa I.

Ok...I was just reading there were like 3 different Herod's mentioned between Matthew and Acts.

The same Herod that was ruling at Jesus birth? It says he died in 39 AD

Yep and it hasn't changed in all these years.... political leaders are easily swayed by the pressure of the people's voice.

You don't....it is between them and God. Line upon line, precept upon precept... The Holy Spirit is guiding them into all truth Some plant, others water but it is God who gives the increase. Everyone grows at their own pace.

Exactly, and now that dad has passed the 3 younger biological children are taking everything my mom and him accumulated and saved and there is nothing I can do.
