I do not relate to Christ as my King

he is the King of Israel and other nations, but he is not King to his Bride. That's all I wanted to say.

I do not relate to Christ as my King

I could tell you yes or no, but that would be of no use. There is more to this question than you reveal. Settle the issue once and for all in the book titled, Putting Jesus in his place. I say this because the answer to your question has no bearing on the subject of my post.

I do not relate to Christ as my King

I am a dispensationalist. We never merge the Church and the nation of Israel. They are 2 separate entities. The Tribulation is the final 7 years of the Jewish dispensation.

I do not relate to Christ as my King

Can you give me, lets say, 3 verses where Jesus is identified as OUR King.

I do not relate to Christ as my King

I repeated this for those saying that Jesus is a King. Or course he is the King of the Jews. He is not my king, I am his bride. King is his title for the nation of Israel.

I do not relate to Christ as my King

Can you give me a few verses stating he is our King, and not the King of Israel alsp?

    Several Raptures in the Bible

Oh, Okay. You have convinced me with your persuasive argument.

I do not relate to Christ as my King

I am a Gentile Christian. I do not relate to Jesus as my King but my Spouse. Jesus is the King of Israel. So, Jesus is a King, but not my King. I relate to Jesus as my Savior, Spouse, and Son of God (God's Son). The Kingship of Christ is not the case with Gentile Christians/Spouses.

    Several Raptures in the Bible

There are several Raptures mentioned in the Bible, such as 1. Enoch (Gen 5:21-24; Heb 11:5) 2. Elijah (2 Kings 2:11) 3. Jesus’ Ascension (Acts 1:9-11) 4. Church Age Saints (1Thes 4:13-18) 5. The Two Witnesses in the Middle of the Tribulation (Rev. 11:3-12) 6. Tribulation Believers (Rev...

Did ANYONE In Scripture (Including Jesus), Claim Jesus IS God?

He definitely implied it. I am just saying that he did not come out and say, "I am God." I think I better word that a little next time I reply to a similar post.

Did ANYONE In Scripture (Including Jesus), Claim Jesus IS God?

I would consider Jesus a fraud if he said he was God. Would think it a bit odd if I came up to you and said "I am God." That's is not how one claims to be God. You have to demonstrate your deity by demonstrated that you are God. The book you are looking is entitled "Putting Jesus in his place."...

More on the Covenants to Israel

I really don't think your question should attempt to be answered in this forum. I have written several posts out here but they were 3 or 4 pages of text. Nobody read them. Christians today like to get small nuggets supporting their view so they can debate it. I am amazed at the responses I get...

    The Covenants of Israel

Your post is out in left field somewhere. "Elohim is Salvation" is a nonsensical statement. Show me one scholar who has made this statement. In other words, where did you get this statement from?
  14. K

    The Covenants of Israel

Not in the area of Salvation.

    The Covenants of Israel

I call the innate knowledge that all people have the pre-gospel message. All people are able to turn to God in faith whether they are Jews or non-Jews. The Jews had no advantage over the Gentiles. Salvation is by turning to God in faith based on the knowledge God gives to us innately.

More on the Covenants to Israel

    I will buy that.

More on the Covenants to Israel

How so what? Don't understand this question. You have redeemed Israeli and non-redeemed Israel. This is a reference to the Tribulation (the last 7 years of the Jewish dispensation. All Israel will be saved are the remnant alive at the end of the Tribulation. They will cry Blessed is he who...

More on the Covenants to Israel

Salvation is offered to all people, Jews and Gentiles before and after the Cross. All people are born with an innate knowledge of God's existence, that he is to be worshiped, and they will be judged by God, per Rom 1. All people are saved by faith in what God has revealed to them. Inherently...

More on the Covenants to Israel

I don't hold to your view here. The Gentiles have always had the saving message from God. From Abel and Cain onward.
