Ps 139:23 Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! Ps 139:24 And see if there be any grievous way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting! You beat me to it, I had the same verse in mind.

Huh? I never said nor meant that, I just told my experience walking in holiness, no strings attached. The disdain exposed....

It's what you believe, that Jesus shows up and is literally present in the bread and the wine, allowing you to eat his body and drink his blood. Your church itself calls it a miracle. All because you understand John 6 the wrong way. No idiocy here.

I understand Epi, I once was like you, indoctrinated by the teachings of Watchman Nee, maybe I misunderstood the man but I landed real hard when I became aware that my (so called) walk in holiness was mixed with a lot of pride, pride of being so holy, my stomach turned.

Yes, things are going fast, Israel doing its utmost to lose more and more credibility, bombing Qatar, 3 dictators showing their military power in China, including a clear message to the West, Polish and Dutch F35's shooting Russian drones out of the sky. All in one week.

Yep, Putin testing NATO.

This what you have chosen to believe - 1. At every Eucharist you demand Jesus to show up in the bread, demanding a supernatural miracle. 2. At every Eucharist you demand Jesus to turn the wine into his blood, demanding a supernatural miracle. None of that happened during the last supper with...

Many victims don't choose to Remain a life Long Victim. They are victims and for life. And most of them don't seek media attention, they just suffer in silence for the rest of their lives. Media attention would be as salt to not healed open wounds. Next to us lived a married couple, strict...

My idea exactly, in the end science is the study how God created. With all the factual (emphasis added) evidence currently available it becomes more and hard to deny a Creator. Unless of course those who -- by definition -- don't want a Creator

I am used to get better content from you.

There are thousands physical diseases, but somehow the brain is excluded from that? That's what I get from your words. A collective noun for the brain is chemical imbalances. I hear you, I suffered from panic attacks for 21+ years, divided into 3 periods of 7 years and each lasting about 2 years. It ended when I got a new medication, I still have to take one pill each day because of a gland in my brain which is lazy and does not produce serotonin enough, the pill...

1 Cor 11:10 That is why a wife ought to have a symbol of authority on her head, because of the angels. By this statement Paul seems to believe the angelic interpretation of Genesis 6. It makes sense, if the Earth more or less was overtaken by fallen angels trying to pollute the human seed with...

Only 6 votes. At least there is agreement.

Well, I tried, then you blasphemed the name of the Lord. You need help.

Apparently I hit a nerve. I wonder what went wrong in your life that you have become that hostile. My final words to you are from Jesus Himself and an universal promise He made. Matt 11:28 Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Matt 11:29 Take my yoke upon...

But still Agnostic, interesting.

I am still intrigued by : Gen 1:2 The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. It does not read as if it was only for a few seconds. And... the universe is a violent place, we are lucky Earth...

And even so, the order of creation, Gen 1:3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. Sun light reaches Earth. Gen 1:6 And God said, “Let there be an expanse in the midst of the waters, creation of the atmosphere. Gen 1:11 And God said, “Let the earth sprout vegetation...
